Description
Claims (18)
- 비닐계 이중 결합을 갖는 중합성 단량체를 포함하는 중합성 단량체를 중합시켜 얻어지는 수지를 토너의 결착 수지로서 포함하며, 상기 비닐계 이중 결합을 갖는 중합성 단량체에 포함된 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 카르복시산과 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 알킬로 이루어지는 카르복시산 알킬 에스테르는 제거되어 그 토너 중의 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 카르복시산과 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 알킬로 이루어지는 카르복시산 알킬 에스테르의 함유량이 4 ppm 이하인 정전하상 현상용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카르복시산이 프로피온산인 정전하상 현상용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서,정전하상 현상용 토너는 이형제를 함유하고, 상기 이형제는 ASTM D3418-8에 준거하여 측정된 주체 극대 흡열 피크가 60∼120℃이며, 또한 140℃에서 1∼50 mPas의 용융 점도를 갖는 정전하상 현상용 토너.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 이형제의 토너에의 첨가량이 5∼40중량%인 정전하상 현상용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서,형상계수 SF1이 115∼140인 정전하상 현상용 토너.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,토너를 겔 퍼미에이션 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 측정했을 때의 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)과 수 평균 분자량(Mn)의 비(Mw/Mn)로 표시되는 분자량 분포가 2∼30의 범위인 정전하상 현상용 토너.
- 비닐계 이중결합을 갖는 중합성 단량체를 다공질체에 접촉시키는 공정과,그 비닐계 이중결합을 갖는 중합성 단량체를 포함하는 중합성 단량체를 수계 용매 중에서 중합시켜 수지 입자 분산액을 얻는 공정을 가지며,상기 수지 입자 분산액과, 착색제를 분산시켜 이루어지는 착색제 입자 분산액과, 이형제를 분산시켜 이루어지는 이형제 입자 분산액을 혼합하고, 상기 수지 입자와 안료 입자와 이형제 입자를 응집시켜서 응집 입자를 형성한 후, 가열하여 상기 응집 입자를 융합하여 제1항 기재의 정전하상 현상용 토너를 제조하는 정전하상 현상용 토너의 제조 방법.
- 비닐계 이중 결합을 갖는 중합성 단량체를 포함하는 중합성 단량체를 중합시켜 얻어지는 수지를 토너의 결착 수지로서 포함하며, 상기 비닐계 이중 결합을 갖는 중합성 단량체에 포함된 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 카르복시산과 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 알킬로 이루어지는 카르복시산 알킬 에스테르는 제거되어 그 토너 중의 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 카르복시산과 탄소수 3부터 탄소수 5의 알킬로 이루어지는 카르복시산 알킬 에스테르의 함유량이 4 ppm 이하인 정전하상 현상용 토너와, 캐리어를 함유하는 정전하상 현상용 현상제.
- 제9항에 있어서,캐리어가 테트라하이드로퓨란 가용분의 중량 평균 분자량이 30000 이상의 수지를 함유하고, 또한 상기 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 10000 이하의 성분이 30 중량% 이하인 정전하상 현상용 현상제.
- 제9항에 있어서,캐리어의 전기 저항이 108∼1014 Ωcm인 정전하상 현상용 현상제.
- 제9항에 있어서,캐리어가 도전분을 함유하는 정전하상 현상용 현상제.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 도전분의 전기 저항은 108 Ωcm 이하인 정전하상 현상용 현상제.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 도전분이 카본 블랙인 정전하상 현상용 현상제
- 제14항에 있어서,카본 블랙의 DBP(디부틸프탈레이트) 흡유량이 50∼300 ㎖/100g인 정전하상 현상용 현상제.
- 잠상 담지체와 상기 잠상 담지체 표면을 대전하는 대전 공정과, 대전된 상기 잠상 담지체 표면에 잠상을 형성하는 잠상 형성 공정과, 잠상을 현상하는 현상 공정과, 현상(現像)된 현상(顯像)을 기록 매체 위에 전사하는 전사 공정과, 기록 매체 위의 현상을 정착하는 정착 공정을 포함하는 화상 형성 방법에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 정전하상 현상용 토너를 사용하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 정전잠상 담지체 위에 형성된 잠상을 현상하는 정전하상 현상용 토너와 캐리어를 함유하는 현상제에 있어서,상기 정전하상 현상용 토너는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 정전하상 현상용 토너이며,상기 캐리어는, 테트라하이드로퓨란 가용분의 중량 평균 분자량이 30000 이상의 수지를 함유하고, 또한 상기 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 10000 이하의 성분이 30 중량% 이하인 정전하상 현상용 현상제.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 수지의 산가가 5 ~ 50 mgKOH/g인 정전하상 현상용 토너의 제조 방법.
