Claims (10)
- 패널의 양변 하부를 각각 흡착하는 한 쌍의 테이블;상기 한 쌍의 테이블 사이에 위치하며, 상기 패널의 중심부를 흡착한 상태에서 회전하는 턴테이블; 및상기 턴테이블을 승강시키는 승강수단;을 포함하며,상기 승강수단은,상기 턴테이블의 하부에 설치되며, 탄성변형시켜 하방으로 곡면지게 고정되는 곡면판;상기 곡면판을 상방으로 곡면지게 탄성변형시키는 구동샤프트; 및상기 구동샤프트를 승강시키는 구동원;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 곡면판의 중심부는 상기 턴테이블의 중심부에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 턴테이블의 중심부에는 하방으로 돌출된 연장부가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 곡면판의 중심부와 상기 연장부를 연결하는 결합부재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 결합부재는 상기 곡면판의 중심부와 구동샤프트를 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 곡면판의 하부에 위치하고, 일측은 상기 결합부재에 연결되며, 타측은 상기 구동샤프트에 연결되는 조인트가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동원은 솔레노이드 엑츄에이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동원은 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동원은 볼 스플라인인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 테이블은 상호 이격거리가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판디스플레이 패널의 연마장치.
