Claims (9)
- 고주파 식별기 태그에 파워를 공급하는 전원부;수신된 소정의 주파수 대역 신호를 정류하고 승압된 직류 전압원 신호를 출력하는 입력부;상기 주파수 대역 신호에 포함된 RFID 리더기 명령어를 판독하고, 상기 RFID 리더기 명령어 수신 여부를 기초로 하이 또는 로우 신호를 출력하는 제어부;상기 입력부의 승압된 직류 전압원 신호를 제 1 입력 신호, 상기 제어부의 하이 또는 로우신호를 제 2 입력신호 하는 OR 논리연산자의 결과값을 출력하는 웨이크-업 판별부; 및상기 웨이크-업 판별부의 출력값을 기초로 상기 고주파 식별기 태그에 전원 공급 여부를 결정하는 스위치부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 시스템에서의 전원 차단 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 웨이크-업 판별부는상기 승압된 직류 전압원 신호의 전압값을 소정의 기준 전압값과 비교하는 비교부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 시스템에서의 전원 차단 장치.

- 수신된 소정의 주파수 대역 신호를 정류하고 승압된 직류 전압원 신호를 출력하는 정류-승압 단계;상기 주파수 대역 신호에 포함된 RFID 리더기 명령어를 판독하고, 상기 RFID 리더기 명령어 수신여부를 기초로 하이 또는 로우신호를 출력하는 모드결정단계;상기 정류-승압단계의 승압된 직류 전압원 신호를 제 1 입력신호, 상기 모드결정단계의 하이 또는 로우신호를 제 2 입력신호를 하는 OR논리 연산의 결과값을 출력하는 웨이크-업 판별단계; 및상기 웨이크-업 판별단계의 출력값을 기초로 고주파 식별기 태그에 전원 공급 여부를 결정하는 스위칭 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 RFID 시스템에서의 전원 차단 방법.
