Claims (19)
- (1) 각각의 카바이드 입자 덩어리와, 연마 제품의 다이아몬드 함유량이 25 중량% 이하인 양으로 혼합물에 존재하는 다이아몬드 입자 덩어리의 혼합물을 제공하는 단계와,(2) 연마 제품을 생산하기 위해 혼합물을 밀착된 소결 제품으로 결합시킬 수 있는 결합 금속 또는 합금이 존재하는 상태에서, 다이아몬드가 결정학적으로 안정하고 실제로 흑연이 형성되지 않는 상승된 온도 및 압력 조건을 혼합물에 인가하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 결합 금속 또는 합금은(a) 전이 금속 또는 전이 금속 합금과,(b) 상기 결합 금속 또는 합금의 40 체적%까지의 양을 포함하는 제2 금속 또는 제2 금속의 합금으로서, 상기 제2 금속은 전이 금속이나 전이 금속 합금보다 더 강한 카바이드 형성자인, 상기 제2 금속 또는 제2 금속의 합금의 조합을 포함하는 연마 제품 생산 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 입자는 0.2 ㎛ 내지 70 ㎛ 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 연마 제품 생산 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 결합 금속 또는 합금은 연마 제품의 2 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 연마 제품 생산 방법.
