Claims (4)
- 제1헤더파이프(10) 및 상기 제1헤더파이프(10)와 평행하게 이격 설치되는 제2헤더파이프(20); 양단이 상기 제1헤더파이프(10) 및 제2헤더파이프(20)에 연통되도록 나란하게 설치되는 튜브(30); 상기 튜브(30)들 사이에 개재되는 코르게이트핀(40); 상기 제1,2헤더파이프(10)(20)의 내부에 설치되어 냉매유로를 형성하는 복수의 배플(50); 상기 제1헤더파이프(10)의 응축영역 내부에 설치되어 별도의 격실을 형성하는 세퍼레이터(60); 상기 제2헤더파이프(20)의 일측에 연통되도록 일체로 형성되는 수액기(70); 상기 제2헤더파이프(20)와 수액기(70)를 연결하되, 응축영역에 형성된 상측 연결파이프(80a)와 하측 연결파이프(80b) 및 과냉각 영역에 형성된 출구파이프(81); 상기 제1,2헤더파이프(10)(20)의 어느 일측에 형성된 냉매유입구(90) 및 상기 제1헤더파이프(10)의 과냉각영역에 형성된 냉매유출구(91)를 구비하여, 상기 냉매유입구(90)를 통해 유입되는 냉매는 다수의 튜브(30)를 통과하면서 응축되어 기액이 분리된 기상의 냉매는 상기 세퍼레이터(60)에 의해 구획된 세퍼레이터격실(14)내에서 유턴하면서 재응축되어 상기 상측 연결파이프(80a)를 통해 수액기(70)로 유통되고, 기액이 분리된 액상의 냉매는 하측으로 유동되어 지그재그유동하면서 하측 연결파이프(80b)를 통해 수액기(70)로 유통되며, 상기 수액기(70)에 유입된 냉매는 출구파이프(81)를 통해 응축기의 과냉각영역을 통과하여 상기 냉매유출구(91)로 토출되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 수액기 일체형 응축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터격실(14)은, 상기 복수의 배플(50)에 의해 형성된 냉매유로중 상기 냉매유입구(90)를 통해 유입된 냉매가 최초로 유동되는 냉매유로의 하부에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수액기 일체형 응축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터격실(14)은, 상기 복수의 배플(50)에 의해 형성된 냉매유로중 상기 냉매유입구(90)를 통해 유입된 냉매가 최초로 유동되는 냉매유로의 상부에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수액기 일체형 응축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1 헤더파이프(10)는 헤더(10a)와 탱크(10b)로 이루어지고,상기 세퍼레이터(60)는 수직판(61)과 수평판(62)으로 이루어져, 상기 제1 헤더파이프(10)의 헤더(10a)측에 결합되어 격실을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수액기 일체형 응축기.
