Claims (32)
- a) 천연 식물유, 합성 식물유, 유전적으로 변형된 식물유 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 식물유;b) 0.03% 이하의 황 함량 및 90% 이상의 포화도를 갖는 1 이상의 전-수소처리된 합성 기유; 및c) 1 이상의 산화방지제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 식물유가 해바라기유, 카놀라유, 대두유, 옥수수유, 땅콩유, 팜유, 피마자유, 면실유, 레스퀘렐라유(lesquerella oil), 홍화유, 고올레산 해바라기유, 고올레산 카놀라유, 고올레산 대두유 , 고올레산 옥수수유, 고올레산 땅콩유, 고올레산 면실유, 고올레산 홍화유 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 식물유가 전체 중량을 기준해서 약 10% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 식물유가 전체 중량을 기준해서 약 90% 미만의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 식물유가 전체 중량을 기준하여 약 10% 내지 약 90% 범위로 존재하는 조성물.

- 제 18항에 있어서, 1 이상의 첨가제는 하기 화학식(식중에서, R9 및 R10 은 독립적으로 약 1 내지 약 24개 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 기이고, R22 및 R23 은 독립적으로 수소 또는 약 1 내지 약 18개 지방족 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 기이며, m 및 n의 합은 3이고 또 X는 산소 또는 황임)의 인 아민 염;하기 화학식(식중, R9 및 R10 은 독립적으로 약 1 내지 약 24개 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 기이고, R22 및 R23 은 독립적으로 수소 또는 약 1 내지 약 18개 지방족 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 기이며, m 및 n의 합은 3이고 또 X는 산소 또는 황이고, R9 가 약 8 내지 18개 탄소원자를 함유하고, R10 은하기 화학식(식중에서, R19 , R20 및 R21 은 독립적으로 수소, 1 내지 약 12개 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 또는 알콕시 기, 또는 아릴 또는 아릴옥시 기이며, 이때 아릴 기는 페닐 또는 나프틸기이며 또 아릴옥시기는 페녹시 또는 나프톡시이고 또 X는 산소 또는 황임)의 인 화합물;하기 화학식(식중, R8 은 1 내지 약 24개 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 기임)의 사르코신의 N-아실 유도체; 이미다졸린; 트리아졸; 치환된 트리아졸; 톨루-트리아졸; 알킬화된 폴리스티렌; 폴리알킬 메타크릴레이트; 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트; 폴리이소부틸렌; 폴리메타크릴레이트; 올레핀 공중합체; 스티렌 말레산 무수물 공중합체의 에 스테르; 수소화된 스티렌-디엔 공중합체; 수소화된 래디얼 폴리이소프렌; 알킬화된 폴리스티렌; 발연 실리카; 착물 에스테르; 및 식품용 점착제를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 마모방지제는 전체 중량의 약 0.1% 내지 약 4%이며, 부식방지제는 전체 중량의 약 0.01% 내지 약 4% 이고, 금속 탈활성화제는 전체 중량의 약 0.05% 내지 약 0.3%이고, 유동점강하제는 전체 중량의 약 0.2% 내지 약 4%이며, 또 점도조절제는 전체 중량의 약 0.5% 내지 약 30% 인 조성물.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 부식방지제는 전체 중량의 약 0.05% 내지 약 2% 이며, 금속 탈활성화제는 전체 중량의 약 0.05% 내지 약 0.2% 이며, 또 점도조절제는 전체 중량의 약 1% 내지 약 20% 인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 합성 기유의 점도지수가 120~200인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 조성물은 약 60 내지 약 600분 범위의 산화 특징을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 산화특징이 약 200 내지 약 400분 범위인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기유는 합성 에스테르 기유, 폴리알파올레핀, 미정제 오일, 정제 오일, 재정제 오일 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 오일인 조성물.

- 제 28항에 있어서, 식물유가 해바라기유, 카놀라유, 대두유, 옥수수유, 땅콩유, 팜유, 피마자유, 면실유, 레스퀘렐라유(lesquerella oil), 크렘베유, 홍화유, 고올레산 해바라기유, 고올레산 카놀라유, 고올레산 대두유 , 고올레산 옥수수유, 고올레산 땅콩유, 고올레산 면실유, 고올레산 홍화유 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
