Claims (11)
- 서로 융점이 다르며, 또한, 어느 것이나 가요성을 갖는 제 1 및 제 2의 금속 박판끼리를 부분적으로 맞겹치고, 그 중합부에 에너지 빔 조사함으로써 용접부를 형성하여 상기 금속 박판끼리를 접합하는 이금속 박판의 용접 방법으로서,상대적으로 융점의 낮은 상기 제 1의 금속 박판측으로부터 에너지 빔을 조사하고, 상기 용접부로서, 복수의 스폿형상의 용접부를 형성하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이금속 박판의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 스폿형상의 용접부를 형성하는 공정은, 상기 복수의 스폿형상의 용접부를 1방향으로 나열하여 열형상으로 형성하는 것을 포함는 것을 특징으로 하는 이금속 박판의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 에너지 빔은, 레이저 빔 또는 전자 빔인 것을 특징으로 하는 이금속 박판의 용접 방법.
- 서로 융점이 다르며, 또한, 어느 것이나 가요성을 갖는 제 1 및 제 2의 금속 박판끼리가 부분적으로 맞겹쳐지고, 그 중합부에 복수의 스폿형상의 용접부가 형성 된 이금속 박판 접합체로서,상기 스폿형상의 용접부는, 그 단면 형상이, 상대적으로 융점이 낮은 상기 제 1의 금속 박판측으로부터, 상기 제 2의 금속 박판측을 향하여 끝이 가늘어지는 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이금속 박판 접합체.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 스폿형상의 용접부는, 1방향으로 나열하여 열형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이금속 박판 접합체.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 1의 금속 박판중 상기 중합부를 제외한 나머지 부분, 및, 상기 제 2의 금속 박판중 상기 중합부를 제외한 나머지 부분의 각각이, 상기 1방향에 개략 직교하는 방향으로 늘어나고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이금속 박판 접합체.
- 제 4항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1의 금속 박판은 알루미늄계 재료이고, 상기 제 2의 금속 박판은 구리계 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 이금속 박판 접합체.
- 서로 융점이 다르며, 또한, 어느 것이나 가요성을 갖는 금속 박판으로 이루어지는 제 1의 단자 및 제 2의 단자가 전기 디바이스 요소로부터 인출된 전기 디바 이스로서,상기 제 1의 단자에는, 상기 제 2의 단자와 실질적으로 동일 재료의 금속 박판으로 이루어지는 단자편이 부분적으로 맞겹쳐지고, 그 중합부에는 복수의 스폿형상의 용접부가 형성되어 있고,상기 스폿형상의 용접부는, 그 단면 형상이, 상기 제 1의 단자 또는 상기 단자편중 상대적으로 융점이 낮은 한쪽의 부재측으로부터 다른쪽의 부재측을 향하여 끝이 가늘어지는 형상으로 형성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 디바이스.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 디바이스 요소는 라미네이트 필름으로 이루어지는 외포체에 의해 밀폐 밀봉된 전지용의 발전체인, 라미네이트 전지 셀로서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 디바이스.
- 제 8항에 기재된 전기 디바이스가 2개 이상 집합하고, 상기 전기 디바이스끼리가 전기적으로 접속된 전기 디바이스 집합체로서,상기 전기 디바이스끼리는, 한쪽의 상기 전기 디바이스의 상기 단자편이 다른쪽의 상기 전기 디바이스의 상기 제 2의 단자에 접합됨에 의해 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 디바이스 집합체.
- 서로 융점이 다르며, 또한, 어느 것이나 가요성을 갖는 금속 박판으로 이루 어지는 제 1의 단자 및 제 2의 단자가 전기 디바이스 요소로부터 인출된 전기 디바이스가 2개 이상 집합하고, 상기 전기 디바이스끼리가 전기적으로 접속된 전기 디바이스 집합체로서,상기 전기 디바이스의 상기 제 1의 단자와 다른 상기 전기 디바이스의 제 2의 단자가 부분적으로 맞겹쳐지고, 그 중합부에 복수의 스폿형상의 용접부가 형성되고,상기 스폿형상의 용접부는, 그 단면 형상이, 상대적으로 융점이 낮은 상기 제 1의 단자측으로부터, 상기 제 2의 단자 측을 향하여 끝이 가늘어지는 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 디바이스 집합체.
