Claims (4)
- 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과,상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판 상에 형성되어 액정층을 구동시키는 공통전극 및 화소전극과,상기 공통전극 상에 형성되어 전기장을 왜곡시키는 다수 개의 제 1 유전막 돌기와,상기 화소전극 상에 상기 다수 개의 제 1 유전막 돌기와 동일한 정전 용량을 갖도록 형성된 제 2 유전막 및,상기 제 1 유전막 돌기 및 제 2 유전막 상부에 각각 형성된 배향막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과,상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판 상에 형성되어 액정층을 구동시키는 공통전극 및 화소전극과,상기 화소전극 상에 형성되어 전기장을 왜곡시키는 다수 개의 제 1 유전막 돌기와,상기 공통전극 상에 상기 다수 개의 제 1 유전막 돌기와 동일한 정전 용량을 갖도록 형성된 제 2 유전막 및,상기 제 1 유전막 돌기 및 제 2 유전막 상부에 각각 형성된 배향막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과,상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판 상에 형성되어 액정층을 구동시키는 공통전극 및 화소전극과,상기 공통전극 상에 형성되어 전기장을 왜곡시키는 다수 개의 제 1 유전막 돌기와,상기 제 1 유전막 상에 형성된 액정 배향을 위한 제 1 배향막과,화소전극 상에 상기 제 1 유전막 돌기 및 상기 제 1 배향막의 정전 용량과 동일하게 형성된 제 2 배향막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
