Description
Claims (14)
- 전지의 밀봉체로서 기능하는 컵;전지의 양극으로 기능하며, 상기 컵 상부에 접합되는 필름으로서, 제 1 표면은 소수성이고 상기 컵과 접하는 제 2 표면은 이온 투과성을 갖는 필름; 및전지의 음극으로 기능하는 아연 겔로서, 상기 컵과 밀봉체 사이에 충진되는 아연 겔을 포함하는 공기 아연 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아연 겔로부터 전지의 외부로 인출되어, 상기 아연 겔에서의 화학 반응에 의해 발생되는 전자들을 운반하는 음극 단자; 및양극으로 기능하는 상기 필름에서 화학 반응이 일어날 수 있도록 외부로부터 상기 필름으로 전자들을 공급하는 양극 단자를 더 포함하는 공기 아연 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 표면은 테프론 재질이며, 상기 제 2 표면은 폴리 프로필렌 재질인, 공기 아연 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컵은 폴리 프로필렌 재질인, 공기 아연 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컵은 상기 필름의 제 2 표면과 동일한 재질인, 공기 아연 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 필름은 금속 메쉬를 포함하는 다층구조이고,상기 양극 단자는, 상기 필름의 일단에 있어서 상기 금속 메쉬 상단에 위치하는 층이 제거되어 상기 금속 메쉬가 노출된 상태인, 공기 아연 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 단자는, S 형 또는 C 형으로 절곡된 형태인, 공기 아연 전지.
- 중앙부가 하향 함몰된 형상이고 전지의 밀봉체로 기능하는 컵을 준비하는 단계;전지의 양극으로 기능하는 필름으로서, 제 1 표면은 소수성이고 제 2 표면은 이온 투과성인 필름을, 상기 제 2 표면이 상기 컵과 접하도록 하여 상기 컵 상에 접합시키는 단계; 및상기 컵과 상기 필름 사이의 공간에 전지의 음극으로 기능하는 아연 겔을 충 진시키는 단계를 포함하는 공기 아연 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 아연 겔에서 발생하는 전자들을 운반하기 위한 음극 단자를 아연 겔로 삽입시켜 전지 외부로 인출하는 단계; 및상기 필름으로 전자를 공급하기 위한 양극 단자를 형성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 공기 아연 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 필름은 금속 메쉬를 포함하는 다층구조이고,상기 양극 단자를 형성시키는 단계는, 상기 필름의 일단에 있어서 상기 금속 메쉬 상단에 위치하는 층을 걷어내어 상기 금속 메쉬가 노출되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는, 공기 아연 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 접합시키는 단계는, 열 융착, 초음파 융착 또는 접착제에 의한 접착에 의해 수행되는, 공기 아연 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 컵의 가장자리를 상기 필름을 감쌀 수 있는 형태로 절곡시켜, 상기 필름이 컵의 가장자리로 함입될 수 있도록 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공기 아연 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 컵은 상기 필름의 제 2 표면과 동일한 재질인, 공기 아연 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 음극 단자를 S 형 또는 C 형으로 절곡시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 공기 아연 전지의 제조 방법.
