Description
Claims (13)
- 패키지 본체;상기 패키지 본체 상에 장착되어 여기광을 발광하는 LED 칩;상기 여기광을 흡수하여 파장이 변환된 파장변환광을 발광하는 형광체 및 상기 형광체와 혼합되는 형광체 수지부를 포함하는 형광체층; 및,상기 LED 칩 및 상기 형광체층 사이에 형성되어, 상기 여기광을 상기 형광체층으로 투과시키고, 상기 형광체층으로부터의 파장변환광은 반사시키는 반사체 및 상기 반사체와 혼합되는 반사체 수지부를 포함하는 반사체층;을 포함하며,상기 반사체의 굴절률 및 상기 반사체 수지부의 굴절률은 상기 여기광의 파장에서 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 칩은 청색 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 반사체 및 상기 반사체 수지부는 상기 청색 LED의 발광파장에서 동일한 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 칩은 자외선 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 반사체 및 상기 반사체 수지부는 상기 자외선 LED의 발광파장에서 동일한 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사체는 반경이 1 ㎛ 내지 150 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사체는 광학용 유리(optical glass), 실리카, 탈크, 지르코늄, 산화아연, 및 이산화티타늄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사체 수지부는 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(polymethyl methacrylate, PMMA), 폴리스티렌, 폴리우레탄, 벤조구아나민(benzoguanamine) 수지, 및 실리콘으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 여기광은 청색광이고, 상기 파장변환광은 황색광인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 패키지는 백색 LED 패키지인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지 본체는 반사판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 칩 및 상기 반사체층 사이에, 상기 여기광을 투과시키는 투명수지층;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 칩 패키지.
