Claims (18)
- 절연기판과;상기 절연기판 상에 형성되어 있으며 반도체층을 갖는 스위칭 트랜지스터 및 구동 트랜지스터와;상기 구동 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 제1전극과;상기 제1전극 상에 형성되어 있는 발광층과;상기 발광층에 소정 레벨의 공통전압을 인가하는 제2전극과;상기 스위칭 트랜지스터에 제1전압 내지 제2 전압 범위의 데이터 전압을 인가하는 데이터 구동부를 포함하고,상기 제1전압, 상기 제2전압 및 상기 공통전압은 다음 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.[수학식 1]제1전압 - 공통전압 - 발광층에 의한 전압강하 = 블랙전압[수학식2]제2전압 - 공통전압 - 발광층에 의한 전압강하 = 화이트 전압(블랙전압= 제일 낮은 계조를 표현하기 위한 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트-소스 전압(VGS), 화이트 전압= 제일 높은 계조를 표현하기 위한 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트-소스 전압(VGS))
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체층은 실리콘 및 불소를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치

- 제3항에 있어서,상기 화이트 전압은 3 내지 5V인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 발광층에 의한 전압강하는 2.5 내지 3V인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.

- 제6항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부가 실장되어 있으며, 상기 절연기판에 연결되어 있는 컨트롤 보드와;네거티브 전압을 출력하는 네거티브단을 포함하며, 상기 컨트롤 보드에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부를 더 포함하고,상기 전원공급부의 접지단은 상기 컨트롤 보드의 기준전원단과 연결되며, 상기 네거티브단은 상기 컨트롤 보드의 접지단에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 네거티브단은 -11.5 내지 -6V의 네거티브 전압을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 절연기판을 수용하는 샤시를 더 포함하고,상기 컨트롤 보드는 상기 샤시와 연결되는 체결부를 더 포함하며,상기 체결부는 상기 전원공급부의 접지단과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 컨트롤 보드 상에는 소정의 회로패턴이 형성되어 있으며,상기 체결부는 상기 회로패턴과 절연되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는 네거티브 데이터 전압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.

- 실리콘과 불소를 포함하는 반도체층을 갖는 스위칭 트랜지스터 및 구동 트랜지스터와, 상기 구동 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 제1전극과, 상기 제1전극 상에 형성되어 있는 발광층과, 상기 발광층에 소정 레벨의 공통전압을 인가하는 제2전극이 형성되어 있는 표시패널을 마련하는 단계와;상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트-소스전압(Vgs)에 대한 드레인-소스 전류(Ids)로부터 블랙전압 및 화이트 전압의 범위를 검출하는 전압검출단계와;다음 식을 만족하도록 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터에 인가되는 제1전압 내지 제2전압 범위의 데이터 전압 및 상기 공통전압을 설정하는 전압설정단계와;[수학식 1]제1전압 - 공통전압 - 발광층에 의한 전압강하 = 블랙전압[수학식2]제2전압 - 공통전압 - 발광층에 의한 전압강하 = 화이트 전압(블랙전압= 제일 낮은 계조를 표현하기 위한 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트-소스 전압(VGS), 화이트 전압= 제일 높은 계조를 표현하기 위한 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트-소스 전압(VGS))설정된 상기 제1전압, 상기 제2전압 및 상기 공통전압을 상기 표시패널에 인가하는 전압인가단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 구동방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 블랙전압은 -15 내지 -10V, 상기 화이트 전압은 3 내지 5V로 검출되고, 상기 발광층에 의한 전압강하가 2.5 내지 3V인 경우, 상기 공통전압은 0V 이하로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 구동방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이장치는 상기 표시패널에 연결되어 있으며 소정의 회로패턴을 포함하는 컨트롤 보드와, 네거티브 전압을 출력하는 네거티브단을 포함하며 상기 컨트롤 보드에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부를 더 포함하며,상기 전압인가단계는 상기 전원공급부의 접지단과 상기 컨트롤 보드의 기준전원단을 연결하고, 상기 네거티브단을 상기 컨트롤 보드의 접지단에 연결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 구동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 네거티브단은 -11.5 내지 -6V의 네거티브 전압을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 구동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이장치는 상기 표시패널을 수용하는 샤시를 더 포함하고,상기 컨트롤 보드는 상기 샤시와 연결되며, 상기 회로패턴과 절연되어 있는 체결부를 더 포함하고,상기 체결부를 상기 전원공급부의 접지단과 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치의 구동방법.
