내용물의 누출의 유무 확인에 있어서는 다음의 방법으로 행하였다. 폭 140㎜, 길이 210㎜인 감합부를 주머니의 상단에서부터 30㎜에 배치하고, 10㎜폭으로 상단부 및 횡부를 히트실(heat seal)한 감합구가 부착된 포장용 주머니체를 제대(製袋)하고, 상기 감합구가 부착된 포장용 주머니체에 저부로부터 물 200㎖를 충전하고, 10㎜폭으로 저부를 히트실했다. 상기 포장용 주머니체를 1m의 높이에서부터 낙하시켜 액체의 누출 유무를 확인했다. 평가기준은 이하와 같다.In confirming the leakage of the contents, it carried out by the following method. 감합구의 재료로서는 에틸렌·프로필렌공중합체(스미토모화학공업사의 스미토모노브렌(상표)FS3611) 100중량%로 구성된 수지를 이용하고, 상기 수지를 구경이 40㎜, L/D가 압출기(25)를 이용해서 210℃에서 용융 혼련하고, 감합구의 수컷부와 암컷부에 접합부분을 가지는 다이에서 접합부분(2)의 두께가 30㎛, 돌기형상물(3)의 두께가 300㎛, 플랜지부분(4)의 두께가 150㎛가 되도록 압출성형 후, 냉각수조에서 냉각고화(冷却固化)시킨 후, 권취기에서 권취해서 감합구를 얻었다. 접합부분 평가 및 액체 누출 평가의 결과를 표 1에 나타내었다.
