Description
Claims (20)
- 병으로의 중공 성형에 적합하며 적어도 2가지의 상이한 재료로 이루어지는 프리폼(preform)을 제조하는 방법으로서,i) 내부 코어 로드와 제1 프리폼 주형 사이에 형성되는 제1 프리폼 공동 내로의 제1 재료의 사출 성형에 의해 미완성 프리폼을 형성하되, 이때, 제1 재료를 상기 제1 프리폼 공동 내에 완전하게 주입한 후에 상기 제1 프리폼 공동에 의해 상기 미완성 프리폼 내에 적어도 하나의 빈 체적부를 남겨두는 단계와,ii) 제2 재료의 사출 성형에 의해 상기 적어도 하나의 빈 체적부를 적어도 부분적으로 채워 상기 미완성 프리폼을 적어도 부분적으로 완성하는 단계를 포함하며,미완성 프리폼 내의 빈 체적부의 위치는 제1 재료 및 제2 재료가 서로에 대해 라미네이트 (laminate) 되지 않도록 하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미완성 프리폼을 내부 코어 로드와 제2 프리폼 주형 사이에 형성된 제2 프리폼 공동으로 전달하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 제2 프리폼 공동은 제2 재료의 사출 성형에 의해 상기 적어도 하나의 빈 체적부를 채울 수 있도록 되어 있는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미완성 프리폼이 형성된 후 제1 프리폼 주형을 개방하고, 이어서 코어 로드와 미완성 프리폼을 제2 프리폼 주형으로 전달하고, 그 후 제2 프리폼 주형을 폐쇄하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미완성 프리폼을 형성하는 단계와 상기 미완성 프리폼을 적어도 부분적으로 완성하는 단계는 동일한 프리폼 주형 내에서 연속적으로 수행되며, 상기 제1 프리폼 주형은 제1 재료의 주입 중에 제2 재료에 의해 점유될 적어도 하나의 빈 체적부를 차단하는 적어도 하나의 제거 가능한 요소를 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 제거 가능한 요소는 상기 미완성 프리폼을 적어도 부분적으로 완성하는 단계 전에 제거되어 상기 제2 재료가 적어도 하나의 제거 가능한 요소에 의해 이전에 점유된 적어도 하나의 빈 체적부 내에 주입될 수 있는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 재료 및 제2 재료는 상이한 주입 지점으로부터 주입되는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 재료는 상이한 시각적 외양을 갖는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 병으로의 중공 성형에 적합하며 적어도 2가지의 상이한 재료로 이루어지는 프리폼을 제조하는 방법으로서,i) 제1 재료로 이루어지는 완전한 프리폼을 형성하는 단계와,ii) 적어도 하나의 빈 체적부를 갖는 미완성 프리폼을 형성하도록 상기 완전한 프리폼의 적어도 하나의 체적부를 밀링하는 단계와,iii) 프리폼을 완성하도록 적어도 하나의 빈 체적부 내에 제2 재료를 주입하는 단계를 포함하며,미완성 프리폼 내의 빈 체적부의 위치는 제1 재료 및 제2 재료가 서로에 대해 라미네이트되지 않도록 하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 병으로의 중공 성형에 적합한 프리폼.
- 병으로의 중공 성형에 적합하며 적어도 2가지의 상이한 재료인 제1 재료 및 제2 재료로 이루어지는 프리폼으로서,상기 제1 재료 및 상기 제2 재료는 서로에 대해 라미네이트되지 않는 프리폼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1 재료 및 제2 재료는 프리폼의 중심축(선행적 기초)을 수직축으로서 고려할 경우 수평으로 중첩된 층들로서 분포되지 않는 프리폼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제2 재료는 제1 재료로 이루어진 연속 매트릭스 내에 적어도 하나의 내포부 (inclusion) 를 형성하는 프리폼.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제1 재료는 적어도 2개의 불연속적인 내포부를 형성하는 프리폼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 프리폼은 목부를 포함하며, 프리폼의 목부는 하나의 재료로만 이루어진 프리폼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 프리폼은 목부와 바닥부를 포함하며, 제1 및 제2 재료 중 적어도 하나의 재료는 프리폼의 목부로부터 그의 바닥부까지 연장하는 프리폼.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 재료는 상이한 시각적 외양을 갖는 프리폼.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 재료는 상이하게 착색되는 프리폼.
- 적어도 2가지의 상이한 재료로 이루어지는 병을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,a) 제1항의 방법에 의한 병으로의 중공 성형에 적합한 프리폼을 제조하는 단계와,b) 병을 제조하기 위하여 프리폼을 중공 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 병의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 프리폼이 중공 성형되기 전에 프리폼을 내부 코어 로드로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 병의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 내부 코어 로드 및 그 상에 배치된 프리폼을 중공 성형 공동으로 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 병의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 병.
