Claims (7)
- 측정 대상물이 거치되는 거치대와, 상기 거치대에 거치된 측정 대상물을 측정하는 측정부를 구비하는 형상 측정 장치에 있어서,상기 거치대에 거치된 측정 대상물의 형상에 대응되는 형상으로 가변되어, 상기 측정 대상물을 소정 압력으로 가압하는 형상 대응 가변부;를 포함하되,상기 형상 대응 가변부는 상기 측정 대상물의 저면과 접촉토록 복수개로 배치되되 상기 측정 대상물의 저면의 형상에 따라 유동 가능한 지지핀과, 상기 지지핀을 가압하는 탄성 부재와, 상기 지지핀을 수용하는 핀 홀 형성부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지핀 및 상기 핀 홀 형성부에는 서로 맞물려서 상기 지지핀의 이동 범위를 제한하는 걸림 돌기 및 걸림턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 핀 홀 형성부 및 상기 거치대는 함께 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지핀의 머리부는 소정 곡률로 만곡된 형상을 이루는 것을 특징으로하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 측정 대상물을 상기 거치대에 고정하는 고정 수단을 더 포함하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 고정 수단 및 상기 형상 대응 가압부는 상기 측정 대상물의 양 측에서 서로 반대 방향으로 상기 측정 대상물을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
