Claims (13)
- 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 실리케이트 형광체:[화학식 1](4-x-y-z)SrO.xBaO.zCaO.aMgO.2(SiO2).bM2O3 : yEu상기 식에서,M=Y, La, Ce, Nd, Gd, Tb, Yb 및 Lu로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 금속이고,0<x≤3.95, 0<y≤1, 0≤z<3.95, x+y+z<4, 0<a<2, 및 0<b<1이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 x, y 및 z가 0.01≤x<1.0, 0.02≤y≤0.40, 0≤z≤1, 및 x+y+z<4을 만족하는 형광체로서 540nm내지 600nm의 파장범위에서 발광피크를 갖는 황색발광을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리케이트계 형광체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 x, y 및 z가 1.0≤x≤3.95, 0.02≤y≤0.40, z=0, 및 x+y+z<4을 만족하는 형광체로서 480nm내지 540nm의 파장범위에서 발광피크를 갖는 녹색발광을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리케이트계 형광체.
- 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 실리케이트 형광체와 투명수지를 포함하는 발광다이오드용 코팅 형광체 조성물.[화학식 1](4-x-y-z)SrO.xBaO.zCaO.aMgO.2(SiO2).bM2O3 : yEu상기 식에서,M=Y, La, Ce, Nd, Gd, Tb, Yb 및 Lu로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 금속이고,0<x≤3.95, 0<y≤1, 0≤z<3.95, x+y+z<4, 0<a<2, 및 0<b<1이다.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 황색 형광체, 녹색 형광체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 형광체를 포함하는 발광다이오드용 코팅 형광체 조성물로서,상기 황색 형광체는 상기 화학식 1에서 x, y 및 z가 0.01≤x<1.0, 0.02≤y≤0.40, 0≤z≤1, 및 x+y+z<4을 만족하는 형광체로서 540nm 내지 600nm의 파장범위에서 발광피크를 갖는 황색 실리케이트계 형광체이고,상기 녹색 형광체는 상기 화학식 1에서 x, y 및 z가 1.0≤x≤3.95, 0.02≤y≤0.40, z=0, 및 x+y+z<4을 만족하는 형광체로서 480nm 내지 540nm의 파장범위에서 발광피크를 갖는 녹색 실리케이트계 형광체인 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 녹색 형광체와 황색 형광체를 1:1 - 1:9 또는 9:1 - 1:1의 중량비로 포함하는 것인, 발광다이오드용 코팅 형광체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 따른 실리케이트계 형광체의 제조방법으로서,(a) Ba를 필수로 포함하는 알칼리 토금속의 산화물, 질화물 또는 카보네이트, SiO2, 희토류 금속의 산화물, 질화물 또는 할로겐화물, 활성제로서 Eu의 산화물, 질화물 또는 할로겐화물, 및 플럭스로서 NH4F, BaF2, CaF2, 또는 MgF2 용매하에서 혼합하는 공정,(b) 상기 혼합물을 3분 내지 24시간 동안 50-150℃에서 건조하는 공정,(c) 상기 건조물을 1시간 내지 48시간 동안 800-1500℃에서 환원분위기에서 열처리하는 공정; 및(d) 상기 얻어진 형광체를 분쇄 및 분급하여 일정한 크기의 형광체 분말을 얻는 공정; 및(e) 상기 형광체 분말을 용매를 사용하여 세척하여 미반응 물질을 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 실리케이트계 형광체의 제조방법.
- 반도체 발광소자; 및상기 발광소자에서 방출된 광에 의해 여기되는 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 실리케이트계 형광체를 포함하는 발광장치:[화학식 1](4-x-y-z)SrO.xBaO.zCaO.aMgO.2(SiO2).bM2O3 : yEu상기 식에서,M=Y, La, Ce, Nd, Gd, Tb, Yb 및 Lu로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 금속이고,0<x≤3.95, 0<y≤1, 0≤z<3.95, x+y+z<4, 0<a<2, 및 0<b<1이다.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체는, 황색 형광체, 녹색 형광체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것으로서,상기 황색 형광체는 상기 화학식 1에서 x, y 및 z가 0.01≤x<1.0, 0.02≤y≤0.40, 0≤z≤1, 및 x+y+z<4을 만족하는 형광체로서 540nm 내지 600nm의 파장범위에서 발광피크를 갖는 황색 실리케이트계 형광체이고,상기 녹색 형광체는 상기 화학식 1에서 x, y 및 z가 1.0≤x≤3.95, 0.02≤y≤0.40, z=0, 및 x+y+z<4을 만족하는 형광체로서 480nm 내지 540nm의 파장범위에서 발광피크를 갖는 녹색 실리케이트계 형광체인 발광장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 녹색 형광체와 황색 형광체를 1:1 - 1:9 또는 9:1 - 1:1의 중량비로 포함하는 것인, 발광장치.
- 제 8항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 발광장치는 발광다이오드, 레이저다이오드, 면발광 레이저다이오드, 무기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자, 또는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자인 발광장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자에 의해서 여기되는 상기 형광체의 발광피크의 중심파장은 490-600nm인 것인 발광장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 발광소자가 청색 발광다이오드 칩이고 상기 발광장치가 발광다이오드인 것인, 발광장치.
