Claims (8)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 서로 이격되어 위치하는 제 1 전극들;상기 제 1 전극들 상에 위치하고, 적어도 청색 발광층을 포함하는 유기막층들; 및상기 유기막층들 상에 위치하는 제 2 전극;을 포함하고,상기 청색 발광층은 호스트와 도펀트로 이루어지며, 상기 도펀트는 발광 스펙트럼의 피크 파장(peak wavelength)이 450 내지 475nm이며, 반치폭(FWHM)이 50nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도펀트는 퍼릴렌(perylene)계, 안탄트렌(anthanthrene)계, 스틸벤(stilbene)계 및 비스틸벤(non-stilbene)계 방향족 아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 도펀트는 비스틸벤계(non-stilbene) 방향족 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 반사금속막과 투명도전막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 호스트는 안트라센(antracene) 계열의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 호스트는 MADN(binaphtyl-methylantracene) 또는 TBDN (binaphthyl-(t-butylantracene) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기막층들은 적색 발광층 및 녹색 발광층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극들과 연결되는 박막 트랜지스터들을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
