Description
Claims (3)
- 기설정된 가변 주파수 범위중에서 최저 발진 주파수의 생성을 제어하는 초기 발진 단계;현재 발진 주파수를 갖는 구동신호를 이용하여 압전 액츄에이터를 구동시키는 구동 단계;상기 압전 액츄에이터의 변위를 검출하여 발진 주파수별 변위를 저장하는 검출 단계;현재 구동신호의 발진 주파수가 상기 구동 주파수 범위중에서 최고 발진 주파수인지를 판단하는 판단 단계;현재 구동신호의 발진 주파수가 최고 주파수가 아닌 경우에는 현재 발진 주파수보다 기설정된 1스텝 만큼 높은 발진 주파수의 생성을 제어한 후 상기 구동단계로 진행하는 반복 발진 단계; 및현재 구동신호의 발진 주파수가 최고 주파수인 경우, 상기 각 주파수별 변위중 최고의 변위에 해당되는 주파수를 최적의 구동 주파수로 선택하여, 구동 주파수로 설정하는 설정 단계를 포함하는 압전 액츄에이터 구동주파수 설정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출단계는,상기 압전 액츄에이터의 움직임에 해당되는 변위를 검출하는 단계;상기 변위를 전압으로 변환하는 단계; 및상기 변위에 해당되는 전압을 각 주파수별로 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 액츄에이터 구동주파수 설정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 검출단계는,상기 압전 액츄에이터의 움직임에 해당되는 변위를, 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 움직임에 따라 출력되는 펄스의 폭과 주파수에 기초해서 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 액츄에이터 구동주파수 설정 방법.
