Claims (8)
- 개구수가 0.85±0.1인 렌즈에 의해 집광되고, 파장이 405±5nm인 빛이 조사되어 기록 또는 재생이 이루어지는 광학기록매체에 있어서,표면에 홈이 형성된 기판과,상기 홈 형성면에 있어서 상기 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 홈에 따라서 요철형상을 가지는 광학기록층과,상기 광학기록층 상에 형성된 광투과성의 보호막을 가지고,상기 보호막 측에서 상기 광학기록층에 기록 또는 재생용의 빛이 조사되어 이용되고,상기 요철형상의 광학기록층 중, 상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 먼 측인 상기 요철형상의 오목부에 상당하는 부분과, 상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 가까운 측인 상기 요철형상의 볼록부에 상당하는 부분 중의 어느 한쪽의 상기 광학기록층만이 기록영역으로서 이용되고,상기 기록영역으로서 이용되는 볼록부 또는 오목부의 피치(트랙피치)가 0.32±0.01㎛이고,상기 볼록부에 대한 오목부의 깊이가 19~24nm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 홈에 진폭이 ±8~12nm인 워블이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 학기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요철형상의 광학기록층 중, 상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 가까운 측인 상기 요철형상의 볼록부에 상당하는 부분의 상기 광학기록층만이 기록영역으로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록매체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 가까운 측인 상기 요철형상의 볼록부에 상당하는 부분이, 상기 홈이 형성된 기판을 형성하기 위한 원반을 제조하는 공정에 있어서의 해당 원반의 표면에 있어서 레이저빔 또는 전자빔에 의해 노광(露光)된 영역에 상당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록매체.
- 표면에 홈이 형성된 기판과, 상기 홈 형성면에 있어서의 상기 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 홈에 따라서 요철형상을 가지는 광학기록층과, 상기 광학기록층 상에 형성된 광투과성의 보호막을 가지는 광학기록매체를 회전구동하는 회전구동수단과,상기 광학기록층에 대하여, 파장이 405±5nm인 기록 또는 재생용의 빛을 출사하는 광원과,상기 빛을 상기 보호막 측에서 상기 광학기록층에 집광하여 조사하기 위한 개구수가 0.85±0.1인 렌즈를 포함하는 광학계와,상기 광학기록층에서 반사된 복귀광을 수광하는 수광소자와,상기 수광소자에 의해 수광된 복귀광에 근거하여 소정의 신호를 생성하는 신호처리회로를 가지며,상기 광학기록매체로서, 상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 먼 측인 상기 요철형상의 오목부에 상당하는 부분과, 상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 가까운 측인 상기 요철형상의 볼록부에 상당하는 부분의 중의 어느 한쪽의 상기 광학기록층만을 기록영역으로서 이용하고,상기 광학기록매체로서, 상기 기록영역으로서 이용되는 볼록부 또는 오목부의 피치(트랙피치)가 0.32±0.01㎛이고, 상기 볼록부에 대한 오목부의 깊이가 19~24nm의 범위인 광학기록매체를 이용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 광학기록매체로서, 상기 홈에 진폭이 ±8~12nm인 워블이 형성되어 있는 광학기록매체를 이용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 광학기록매체로서, 상기 요철형상의 광학기록층 중, 상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 가까운 측인 상기 요철형상의 볼록부에 상당하는 부분의 상기 광학기록층만을 기록영역으로서 이용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 광학기록매체로서, 상기 기록 또는 재생용의 빛의 조사측에서 가까운 측인 상기 요철형상의 볼록부에 상당하는 부분이, 상기 홈이 형성된 기판을 형성하기 위한 원반을 제조하는 공정에 있어서의 해당 원반의 표면에 있어서 레이저빔 또는 전자빔에 의해 노광된 영역에 상당하는 광학기록매체를 이용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크장치.
