Description
Claims (8)
- 제품을 멸균 상태로 포장하는 멸균 포장용기에 있어서,상기 제품이 투입되는 출입구에 밀폐를 위한 밀봉부를 형성하며, 멸균시키는데 사용되는 가스나 빔을 불투과시키는 재질로 이루어지는 밀봉 봉투와,상기 밀봉 봉투에 마련되며, 멸균시키는데 사용되는 가스나 빔을 투과시키는 재질로 이루어지는 소독용 윈도우를 포함하며,상기 멸균시키는데 사용되는 가스나 빔은 에틸렌옥사이드 가스(EO Gas) 또는 감마 레이(Gamma ray)인 멸균 포장용기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 봉투는,은박 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균 포장용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소독용 윈도우는,투명한 PVC 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균 포장용기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 소독용 윈도우 내측에 설치되며, 제품의 멸균 여부를 외부로 표시하는 멸균확인용 텍을 더 포함하는 멸균 포장용기.
- 제품을 멸균 상태로 포장하는 방법에 있어서,일부분에 마련되는 소독용 윈도우를 통해서만 멸균시키는데 사용되는 가스나 빔이 통과되는 밀봉 봉투에 제품을 투입하는 단계와,상기 밀봉 봉투를 밀봉시키는 단계와,상기 소독용 윈도우를 통해 상기 멸균시키는데 사용되는 가스나 빔을 공급하여 상기 밀봉 봉투 내의 제품을 소독시키는 단계를 포함하는 멸균 포장방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 봉투 내의 제품을 소독시키는 단계에서,상기 멸균시키는데 사용되는 가스나 빔은 에틸렌옥사이드 가스(EO Gas) 또는 감마 레이(Gamma ray)인 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균 포장방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 봉투 내의 제품을 소독시킨 다음 투명한 상기 소독용 윈도우 내측에 마련되는 멸균확인용 텍을 통하여 상기 제품의 멸균 여부를 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하는 멸균 포장방법.
