Abstract

A rubber seal is provided to minimize the influence of vibration transmitted from an intake pipe to the rubber seal and applied to the surface of a panel, by reducing the contact area between the surface of the panel and the rubber seal. A rubber seal(100') joins an intake pipe(200') formed integrally with a resonator to a panel(400). The rubber seal is arranged to cover the circumference of the end of the intake pipe and guide the intake pipe to the panel. The rubber seal has a contact protrusion(130) which is compressed against the surface of the panel so as to prevent noise caused due to vibration transmitted through the intake pipe. A recess(120) is formed between two contact protrusions.

The present invention relates to a rubber chamber that couples an intake pipe integrally connected with a resonator to a panel, and more particularly, to a vibration noise preventing rubber room that can prevent noise caused by vibration transmitted through an intake pipe.

The resonator is a device for reducing noise caused by vibration generated in the intake pipe of the air supplied to the intake manifold of the vehicle. Such a resonator serves to resonate and remove a specific frequency associated with vibration, and is typically associated with an intake pipe. These intake pipes are connected to the engine compartment, which is combined with a panel applied to the vehicle such as the engine compartment surface.

Referring to FIG. 1, the intake pipe 200 to which the resonator 300 is coupled is coupled to the panel 400, and the rubber chamber 100 is positioned between the panel 400 and the end of the intake pipe 200. It serves to reduce noise caused by vibration.

Referring to FIG. 2, the rubber chamber 100 according to the related art is compressed with the panel 400. 2 indicates the state before the panel 400 is pressed against the panel 400, and when the rubber chamber 100 is pressed against the panel 400, a displacement of 'A' is generated while the rubber chamber 100 is pressed against the panel 400. There is surface contact. Such a rubber chamber 100 is coupled to the intake pipe 200 through the intake pipe coupling portion 210, the intake pipe 200 is vibrated in accordance with the flow of air flowing through the intake pipe 200, This vibration is transmitted to the rubber chamber (100). Therefore, the wider the contact surface between the rubber chamber 100 and the panel 400 is, the greater the vibration is transmitted to the panel 400 to generate unnecessary noise. Displacements such as 'A' are typically formed in 2 millimeters.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is coupled to surround the end of the intake pipe to guide the intake pipe to the panel, and at the same time, the contact projection is pressed into the panel surface is formed integrally through the intake pipe An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-vibration rubber chamber that can prevent noise caused by vibrations transmitted.

The anti-vibration rubber chamber according to the present invention provided to achieve the above object, in the rubber chamber for coupling the intake pipe integrally connected to the resonator with the panel, the rubber seal is coupled while wrapping around the end of the intake pipe And guide the intake pipe to the panel, and at the same time, a contact protrusion formed by the panel surface is integrally formed to prevent noise caused by vibration transmitted through the intake pipe.

Preferably, two contact protrusions are formed and a recess is formed between the two contact protrusions.

In addition, it is preferable that a plurality of contact protrusions and recesses are formed while crossing successively.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 3, the structure of the anti-vibration rubber chamber according to the present invention will be described in detail. However, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those described in FIGS. 1 and 2, and description thereof will be omitted.

Referring to FIG. 3, the anti-vibration rubber chamber 100 ′ according to the present invention is coupled to surround the end of the intake pipe 200 ′ and guides the intake pipe 200 ′ toward the panel 400. At the same time, the contact protrusion 130 pressed against the surface of the panel 400 is integrally formed. Here, the end of the intake pipe 200 'means a position where the intake pipe coupling portion 210' to which the rubber chamber 100 'is coupled is formed, and the rubber seal coupling portion 110 and the intake pipe coupling portion 210' are formed. Are interlocked and combined.

In FIG. 3, a portion indicated by a dotted line indicates a state before the rubber chamber 100 'is pressed onto the panel 400. When the rubber chamber 100' is pressed against the panel 400, a displacement of 'B' is generated. While pressing the panel 400. This displacement is reduced to 0.8 millimeters. At this time, the contact protrusion 130 formed in the rubber chamber 100 ′ presses the panel 400. In this case, the contact between the rubber chamber 100 'and the panel 400 is limited to the line contact by the contact protrusion 130, and the intake pipe 200' is caused by the flow of air flowing into the intake pipe 200 '. Vibration is generated in the rubber chamber 100 'and is transmitted to the panel 400 is reduced in a considerable amount in the process. Two such contact protrusions 130 are formed and a recess 120 is formed between the two contact protrusions. The contact protrusion 130 and the concave portion 120 may be formed in a plurality while being continuously crossed. This may be determined as the optimal number that can prevent vibration noise according to the designer's intention.

The anti-vibration rubber chamber according to the present invention described above can reduce the contact area when the panel surface and the rubber chamber are squeezed, thereby minimizing the effect of the vibration transmitted from the intake pipe to the rubber chamber on the panel surface, resulting in vibration noise There is an effect that can prevent.
