- 발광 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 전극, 상기 제 1 전극상의 발광층, 및 상기 발광층상의 제 2 전극을 포함하는 EL 소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 EL 소자를 덮는 무기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 무기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막을 덮는 유기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 발광층 및 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 잉크 제트 방법에 의해 형성되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 발광 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 전극, 상기 제 1 전극상의 발광층, 및 상기 발광층상의 제 2 전극을 포함하는 EL 소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 EL 소자를 덮는 무기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 무기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막을 덮는 유기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 발광층 및 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 전기장 인가 방법(electric field application method)에 의해 형성되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 발광 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 전극, 상기 제 1 전극상의 발광층, 상기 발광층상의 제 2 전극을 포함하는 EL 소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 EL 소자를 덮는 무기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 무기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막을 덮는 유기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 발광층 및 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 동일한 방법에 의해 형성되며,상기 발광층, 상기 제 2 전극, 무기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막 및 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 동일한 막 침착 장치를 사용하여 연속적으로 형성되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 발광 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 전극, 상기 제 1 전극상의 발광층, 상기 발광층상의 제 2 전극을 포함하는 EL 소자를 형성하는 단계;유기 재료를 포함하는 막이 상기 제 1 전극상에 연장되도록 상기 EL 소자를 덮는 유기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계; 및유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막을 덮는 무기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 발광층, 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 잉크 제트 방법에 의해 형성되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 발광 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 전극, 상기 제 1 전극상의 발광층, 상기 발광층상의 제 2 전극을 포함하는 EL 소자를 형성하는 단계;유기 재료를 포함하는 막이 상기 제 1 전극상에 연장되도록 상기 EL 소자를 덮는 유기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계; 및유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막을 덮는 무기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 발광층, 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 전기장 인가 방법에 의해 형성되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 발광 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 전극, 상기 제 1 전극상의 발광층, 상기 발광층상의 제 2 전극을 포함하는 EL 소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 EL 소자를 덮는 유기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막을 덮는 무기 재료를 포함하는 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 발광층 및 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 동일한 방법에 의해 형성되며,상기 발광층, 상기 제 2 전극, 무기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막 및, 유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 동일한 막 침착 장치를 사용하여 연속적으로 형성되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 저분자 재료(low molecular material)를 포함하는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,무기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 CVD 방법 또는 증착 방법에 의해 형성되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,무기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 질화 실리콘, 탄탈 산화물, 질화 알루미늄 또는 탄소 중 하나를 포함하는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 아크릴 수지, 또는 벤조사이클로부텐(benzocyclobuten)를 포함하는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광 장치는 비디오 카메라, 헤드 장착형 디스플레이, 영상 재생 장치, 포터블 컴퓨터, 개인용 컴퓨터, 휴대용 전화 및 사운드 재생 장치로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 전자 기기에 포함되는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 재료를 포함하는 상기 막은 건조제 및/또는 산화 방지제를 포함하는, 발광 장치 제조 방법.
