Description
Claims (14)
- 알칼리 물질을 함유하고 있는 배기가스를 처리하기 위한 배기가스의 처리방법에 있어서,상기 배기가스는 탄소재(carbon material)를 알칼리 물질과 활성화시킬 때 배출되고,상기 방법은,불활성가스를 수증기와 혼합시켜, 25 ℃ 이상의 이슬점을 나타내는 가습가스(humidified gas)를 준비하는 단계;상기 가습가스를 상기 배기가스와 혼합시켜 금속성 알칼리의 수산화물을 생성하는 단계; 및상기 생성된 수산화물을 상기 가습가스와 상기 배기가스의 혼합가스로부터 포획(trapping)하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가습가스는 상기 탄소재가 상기 알칼리 물질과 활성화되는 반응실(reactor chamber) 안으로 도입되어, 상기 금속성 알칼리의 수산화물을 생성하는 단계에서 상기 배기가스와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가습가스는, 상기 금속성 알칼리의 수산화물을 생성하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소재가 상기 알칼리 물질과 활성화되는 반응실 외부에서 상기 배기가스와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수산화물은, 상기 생성된 수산화물을 포획하는 단계에서, 상기 가습가스와 상기 배기가스의 혼합가스를 물에 통과시켜 포획되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수산화물은, 상기 생성된 수산화물을 포획하는 단계에서, 상기 가습가스와 상기 배기가스의 혼합가스 상에 물을 뿌려 포획되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가습가스는 불활성가스로 이루어진 담체가스(carrier gas) 및 상기 담체가스에 확산되는 수증기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가습가스는 25 내지 80 ℃ 의 범위에 있는 이슬점을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리방법.
- 알칼리 물질을 함유하고 있는 배기가스의 처리장치에 있어서,상기 배기가스는 탄소재를 알칼리 물질과 활성화시킬 때 배출되고,상기 장치는,25 ℃ 이상의 이슬점을 나타내는 가습가스를 준비하기 위한 가습가스준비장치;상기 가습가스를 상기 배기가스와 혼합시켜 금속성 알칼리의 수산화물을 생성하기 위한 가스혼합장치; 및상기 생성된 수산화물을 상기 가습가스와 상기 배기가스의 혼합가스로부터 포획하기 위한 포획장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,반응실을 더 포함하되,상기 가습가스가 상기 반응실 내부로 도입되고, 상기 반응실 내부에서 상기 탄소재가 상기 알칼리 물질과 활성화되어, 상기 가습가스가 상기 배기가스와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,반응실을 더 포함하되,상기 반응실 내에서 상기 탄소재가 상기 알칼리 물질과 활성화되고, 상기 가습가스는 상기 반응실 외부에서 상기 배기가스와 혼합되어, 상기 가습가스가 상기 배기가스와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 포획장치는, 상기 가습가스와 상기 배기가스의 혼합가스를 통과시켜 상기 생성된 수산화물을 포획시키는 저장된 물을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 포획장치는, 상기 가습가스와 상기 배기가스의 혼합가스 상에 물을 뿌려 상기 생성된 수산화물을 포획시키는 분무장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 가습가스는 불활성가스로 이루어진 담체가스 및 상기 담체가스에 확산되는 수증기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 가습가스준비장치는 25 내지 80 ℃ 의 범위에 있는 이슬점을 나타내는 가습가스를 준비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리장치.
