Claims (14)
- 다수의 오픈 셀(12)과 이들 셀(12)과 셀(12)을 관통하는 포아(15)로 이루어진 스펀지 구조의 상처면 접촉층(10)에 필름상의 보호층(20)이 라미네이션 되어 있는 친수성 드레싱재에 있어서,상기 라미네이션은 온도 150-250℃, 압력 0.25-1kgf/㎠에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상처면 접촉층(10)의 보수율이 300-1,200%이고 포아 면적(Membrane Opening)이 셀의 전체 면적의 10-35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오픈 셀(12)의 평균직경은 50-300㎛이고 포아(15)의 평균직경은 5-85㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상처면 접촉층(10)의 오픈 셀의 비율이 20-70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상처면 접촉층(10)의 밀도가 0.15-0.45g/㎤ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상처면 접촉층(10)의 흡수도가 400-2,000중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상처면 접촉층(10)은 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머 40-70중량%에 발포제 15-45중량%, 가교제 5-35중량%, 계면활성제 0.1-2중량% 및 보조제 0.5-15중량%를 혼합, 교반한 후 몰드에 주입 발포하여 폴리우레탄 폼을 제조한 후 이를 슬라이싱(slicing)하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 계면활성제는 에틸렌 옥사이드 프로필렌 옥사이드 블록공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및 실리콘계 계면활성제로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 보조제는 보습제 및 상처치유촉진제, 안료, 항균제 또는 세포성장인자(cell growth factor) 가운데 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 보습제 및 상처치유촉진제로는 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리옥시에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리사카라이드, 폴리메타크릴산, 폴리아크릴아마이드, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 및 셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 펙틴, 구아검, 소디움알지네이트, 키틴, 키토산, 젤라틴, 스타치, 히아루론산, 케라탄, 콜라겐, 더마탄설페이트, 펙틴, 소디움카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 젤라틴, 로코스트빈검, 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 잔탄검, 펄프 및 카라야검으로 이루어진 고흡수성 고분자 및 천연물 군중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 항균제는 글루코네이트 클로로헥시딘, 아세테이트 클로로헥시딘, 하이드로클로라이드 클로로헥시딘, 실버설퍼다이아진, 포비돈 아이오딘, 벤즈알코니움 클로라이드, 퓨라진, 아이도카인, 헥사클로로펜, 클로로테트라사이클린, 네오마이 신, 페니실린, 젠타마이신 또는 아크리놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 세포성장인자는 혈소판유래성장인자(PDGF), 형질전환성장인자(TGF-β), 표피세포유래성장인자(EGF), 섬유아세포유래성장인자(FGF), 혈관세포성장인자(VEGF)를 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호층(20)은 10-300㎛ 두께의 투습방수 필름이고 스펀지 구조의 상처면 접촉층(10)에 직접 라미네이션 또는 점착제가 도포된 후 라미네이션 된 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호층(20)의 인장강도는 45-700kg이고 탄성율은 200-1,000% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수율이 향상된 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재
