Claims (7)
- 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 장치에 있어서 압축공기와 유입수가 밸브작동으로 펌프역할을 하는 공기펌프탱크와, 압축된 유입수와 공기가 공기펌프탱크하단부를 거처 산기하는 1차산기폭기조와, 상기 1차산기폭기조에 압축된 유입수와 공기가 상단부에 분배기가 설치어 분배되는 1차살수여상반응조와, 상기 1차살수여상반응조 압축된 유입수와 공기가 하단부를 거처 산기하는 2차산기폭기조와, 상기 2차산기폭기조에 압축된 유입수와 공기가 상단부에 분배기가 설치어 분배되는 2차살수여상반응조와, 상기 2차살수여상반응조에 압축된 공기는 하단부에 설치된 공기배출구를 통해 방출되고 유입수는 상단부에 유출구가 구비된 최종침전조에서 자연대기압에 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 미생물담체가 45~60% 채워진 1차산기폭기조 및 2차산기폭기조하단부에 가압된 용존산소를 공급하기 위해 다공성산기관을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 미생물담체가 70~85% 채워진 1차살수여상반응조 및 2차살수여상반응조상단부에 분배기를 설치하여 압축공기가 유입수를 밀어 내린 공간에 살수 되어 호기성 미생물성장환경을 조성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 장치.
- 제1항의 있어서 2차산기폭기조의 하단부에 반송슬러지관을 설치하여 1차살수여상과 2차산기폭기조에 침전된 슬러지와 유입수를 공기펌프탱크로 반송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 장치.
- 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 방법에 있어서 압축공기와 유입수가 밸브작 동으로 펌프역할을 하여 압축된 유입수와 공기가 공기펌프탱크하단부를 거처 1차산기폭기조에 산기하는 단계와, 상기 1차산기폭기조에서 압축된 공기와 유입수가 상단부에 분배기가 설치 된 1차살수여상반응조에서 살수되어 압축공기가 유입수를 밀어 내린 공간에 살수되어 호기성 미생물성장환경을 만드는 단계와,상기 1차살수여상반응조하단부를 거처 2차산기폭기조에 산기하는 단계와, 상기 2차산기폭기조에서 압축된 공기와 유입수가 상단부에 분배기가 설치 된 2차살수여상반응조에서 살수되어 압축공기가 유입수를 밀어 내린 공간에 살수 되어 재차 호기성 미생물성장환경을 만드는 단계와, 2차살수여상반응조에 압축된 공기는 하단부에 설치된 공기배출구를 통해 방출되고 유입수는 상단부에 유출구가 구비된 최종침전조에서 자연대기압에 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 1차산기폭기조 및 2차산기폭기조에 반부상미생물담체가 45~60%, 1차살수여상반응조 및 2차살수여반응조에는 70~85% 채워 가압 된 공기압과 유입수로 혐기성미생물, 호기성미생물이 성장환경을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서 반부상미생물담체는 폐발포합성수지를 파쇄한 입자는 20mm~35mm이고 최종 비중이 0.8~1.2의 비중, 무게가 1㎥에 650~850㎏, 최종 압축강도가 1㎠당 50~74㎏인 반부상 유동상 미생물담체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐발포합성수지를 이용한 오폐수처리 방법.
