Claims (2)
- 촉매, 및 물 단독 또는 물과 저비점 화합물의 혼합물로 이루어지는 발포제의 존재하에, 2관능 이상의 활성 수소 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 변성 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 제조하는 방법으로, (1) 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 중합체성 MDI와, 수산기가가 100 mg KOH/g 이하인 폴리에테르폴리올 및(또는) 폴리에스테르폴리올을 중합체성 MDI에 대하여 5 중량% 이상 30 중량% 이하의 양으로 반응시켜 수득된 예비 중합체이고, (2) 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물에 있어서의 이소시아네이트기의 수가 활성 수소 화합물과 물에서의 활성 수소 원자수의 1.5 배 몰 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 변성 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체의 독립 기포율이 70 % 이상이고, 밀도가 70 kg/m3 이하인 방법.
