Abstract
Description
(1) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 100% 신장시 응력이 모두 25℃에서 10∼1000 MPa 및 100℃에서 1∼100 MPa이다.
(2) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 저장 점탄성률(E')이 모두 100℃에서 10∼1000 MPa이고, 또한 180℃에서 5∼40 MPa이다.
(3) 필름의 길이 방향에 있어서의 열변형률(초기 하중 49 mN)이 175℃에서 -3%∼+3%이다.
(A) 상기 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 융점이 200~245℃이고:
(B) 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르가 방향족 디카르복실산만으로 이루어지는 디카르복실산 성분과, (a) 에틸렌글리콜 및 (b) 분지형 지방족 글리콜 및 지환족 글리콜로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 글리콜 성분으로 구성되고;
(C) 상기 호모 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리테트라메틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고;
(D) 텐터 안에서 필름을 클립으로 유지하면서 가로 연신 및 열고정 처리를 행할 때에, 필름의 면배향도가 0.095 이하가 되도록 열처리 온도를 제어하고, 또한 클립 근방을 냉각한 후, 텐터 출구에서 클립으로부터 필름을 개방하고,
(1) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 100% 신장시 응력이 모두 25℃에서 10∼1000 MPa 및 100℃에서 1∼100 MPa이고,
(2) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 저장 점탄성률(E')이 모두 100℃에서 10∼1000 MPa이고, 또한 180℃에서 5∼40 MPa이며,
(3) 필름의 길이 방향에 있어서의 열변형률(초기 하중 49 mN)이 175℃에서 -3%∼+3%인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 클립 근방을 냉각하는 공정이
(ⅰ) 클립 부분에 열 차폐벽을 설치하는 방법, (ⅱ) 클립 냉각 기구를 텐터에 부가하는 방법, (ⅲ) 열고정 후의 냉각 구간을 길게 설정하여, 필름 전체의 냉각을 충분히 행하는 방법, (iv) 냉각 구간의 길이, 구획수를 늘림으로써 냉각 효율을 증가시키는 방법, 또는 (v) 클립의 리턴 부분이 로(爐)의 외측을 주행하는 타입을 이용하여 클립의 냉각을 강화하는 방법을 포함하는 것인 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법이다.
Claims (9)
- 공중합 폴리에스테르와 호모 폴리에스테르를 구성 성분으로 하는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름으로 이루어지는 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름으로서,(A) 상기 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 융점이 200~245℃이고:(B) 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르가 방향족 디카르복실산만으로 이루어지는 디카르복실산 성분과, (a) 에틸렌글리콜 및 (b) 분지형 지방족 글리콜 및 지환족 글리콜로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 글리콜 성분으로 구성되고;(C) 상기 호모 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리테트라메틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고;(1) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 100% 신장시 응력이 모두 25℃에서 10∼1000 MPa 및 100℃에서 1∼100 MPa이고,(2) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 저장 점탄성률(E')이 모두 100℃에서 10∼1000 MPa이고, 또한 180℃에서 5∼40 MPa이며,(3) 필름의 길이 방향에 있어서의 열변형률(초기 하중 49 mN)이 175℃에서 -3%∼+3%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름에, 두께가 0.01~5 ㎛인 도포층을 적층하여 이루어지는 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, (a) 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름은 실질적으로 입자를 함유하지 않고, (b) 도포층은 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴계 중합체, 또는 이들의 공중합체로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 수지와 입자를 함유하는 조성물로 이루어지며, (c) 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름은 필름의 두께 d(㎛)에 대한 헤이즈 H(%)의 비(H/d)가 0.010 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름이, 또한, 벤조트리아졸 또는 환상 이미노에스테르로부터 선택된 자외선 흡수제를 구성 성분으로 하고, 파장 350 nm에 있어서의 광선투과율이 1% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름의 면배향도가 0.095 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름은 필름의 길이 방향 및 가로 방향의 150℃에서의 열수축률이 6.0% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 공중합 폴리에스테르와 호모 폴리에스테르와의 혼합물을 원료로서 이용하고, 상기 원료를 건조한 후, 용융 압출기에 공급하고, 슬릿형의 다이로부터 시트형으로 압출하고, 캐스팅 드럼에 밀착, 냉각 고화시킨 미연신 시트를 2축 연신, 열고정하는 성형용 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법으로서,(A) 상기 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 융점이 200~245℃이고:(B) 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르가 방향족 디카르복실산만으로 이루어지는 디카르복실산 성분과, (a) 에틸렌글리콜 및 (b) 분지형 지방족 글리콜 및 지환족 글리콜로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 글리콜 성분으로 구성되고;(C) 상기 호모 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리테트라메틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고;(D) 텐터 안에서 필름을 클립으로 유지하면서 가로 연신 및 열고정 처리를 행할 때에, 필름의 면배향도가 0.095 이하가 되도록 열처리 온도를 제어하고, 또한 클립 근방을 냉각한 후, 텐터 출구에서 클립으로부터 필름을 개방하고,(1) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 100% 신장시 응력이 모두 25℃에서 10∼1000 MPa 및 100℃에서 1∼100 MPa이고,(2) 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향에 있어서의 저장 점탄성률(E')이 모두 100℃에서 10∼1000 MPa이고, 또한 180℃에서 5∼40 MPa이며,(3) 필름의 길이 방향에 있어서의 열변형률(초기 하중 49 mN)이 175℃에서 -3%∼+3%인 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 클립 근방을 냉각하는 공정이(ⅰ) 클립 부분에 열 차폐벽을 설치하는 방법, (ⅱ) 클립 냉각 기구를 텐터에 부가하는 방법, (ⅲ) 열고정 후의 냉각 구간을 길게 설정하여, 필름 전체의 냉각을 충분히 행하는 방법, (iv) 냉각 구간의 길이, 구획수를 늘림으로써 냉각 효율을 증가시키는 방법, 또는 (v) 클립의 리턴 부분이 로(爐)의 외측을 주행하는 타입을 이용하여 클립의 냉각을 강화하는 방법을 포함하는 것인 성형용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
