Claims (10)
- 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 용융성을 갖는 원재료의 용융 후 또는 용융하고 숙성한 후에, 용융된 온도보다도 100℃이상 높은 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용융성을 갖는 원재료가 페닐기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리가 300℃ 이상 650℃ 이하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 중의 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조된 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 3 mm 두께 환산으로 800∼2100nm에서의 평균투과율이 75% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 연화온도가 50℃∼350℃이며, 용융성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, T2유니트와 (D유니트 + T3유니트 + T2유니트 + T1유니트)의 비가 0.1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질.여기서, T2 유니트는 규소원자의 4개의 결합손 중에서 유기치환기와의 결합을 제외한 3개 중에 2개가 산소원자를 통하여 규소원자와 결합한 상태이고, T3 유니트는 규소원자의 4개의 결합손 중에서 유기치환기와의 결합을 제외한 3개가 모두 산소원자를 통하여 규소원자와 결합한 것이고, T1 유니트는 규소원자의 4개의 결합손 중에서 유기치환기와의 결합을 제외한 3개 중에서 1개가 산소원자를 통하여 규소원자와 결합한 상태를 나타내고, D 유니트는 규소원자의 4개의 결합손 중에서 유기치환기와의 결합을 제외한 2개 모두 또는 1개가 산소원자를 통하여 규소원자와 결합한 상태를 나타낸다.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 1100nm에서 광투과율을 기준으로 한 경우 실란올기의 흡수에 의한 광투과의 저하율이 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 유리상 물질의 일부 또는 전부에 불규칙 그물구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 페닐기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 유기무기 하이브리드 유리상 물질.
