Description
Claims (7)
- 제1 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호를 받은 경우에는, 상기 제1 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호를 반전하지 않고 출력하고, 제1 극성과 역극성의 제2 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호를 받은 경우에는, 상기 제2 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호를 반전하여 출력하도록 절환하는 제1 극성 절환 회로와,상기 제1 극성 절환 회로의 출력을 D/A 변환하여 아날로그 비디오 신호를 출력하는 제1 D/A 변환기와, 자발광 소자를 구비하고,상기 아날로그 비디오 신호에 따라 상기 자발광 소자에 구동 전류를 공급함으로써 상기 자발광 소자를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자발광형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동 전류를 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자발광형 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 D/A 변환기에 이용되는 고전위측의 레퍼런스 전위를 발생하는 제2 D/A 변환기와, 상기 제1 D/A 변환기에 이용되는 저전위측의 레퍼런스 전위를 발생하는 제3 D/A 변환기와,제1 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호를 받은 경우에는, 제1 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호의 고전위측의 레퍼런스 데이터를 상기 제2 D/A 변환기에 입력하고, 제1 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호의 저전위측의 레퍼런스 데이터를 상기 제3 D/A 변환기에 입력하고, 제2 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호를 받은 경우에는, 제2 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호의 고전위측의 레퍼런스 데이터를 반전하여 상기 제3 D/A 변환기에 입력하고, 제2 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호의 저전위측의 레퍼런스 데이터를 반전하여 상기 제2 D/A 변환기에 입력하도록 절환하는 제2 극성 절환 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자발광형 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호는, 색 보정 회로, 콘트라스트/브라이트니스 조정 회로 및 감마 보정 회로에 의해 신호 처리된 디지털 비디오 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 자발광형 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 감마 보정 회로에 의해 신호 처리된 상기 제1 및 제2 극성의 디지털 비디오 신호에 기초하여, 백 레벨을 조정하기 위한 상기 레퍼런스 데이터를 출력하는 ACL 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자발광형 표시 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 색 보정 회로는 흑 레벨을 조정하기 위한 상기 레퍼런스 데이터를 출력 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자발광형 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 자발광 소자는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 자발광형 표시 장치.
