Claims (4)
- 글리세린 100 중량부에 대하여 1,3 위치 특이성 리파아제 10~1000 Unit/글리세린g을 첨가하고, 포화 또는 불포화 지방산을 초기에는 글리세린에 대하여 1:0.5의 몰 비로, 그 후 1시간 경과시마다 1:0.25 몰 비로 6회 첨가하여 최종 1:2의 몰 비가 되도록 35~45℃에서 1-50torr의 감압하에 50-300rpm 범위로 교반하면서 반응시키는 것으로 구성되며, 75% 이상의 순도를 가진 디글리세라이드 함유 유지 조성물이 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 고함량의 디글리세라이드를 함유하는 유지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 리파아제는 리조뮤코 마이헤이(Rhizomucor miehei) 기원 액상 효소를 다공성 아크릴 수지에 흡착시켜 고정화 효소 형태로 만든 1,3 위치 특이성을 지닌 리파아제임을 특징으로 하는 고함량의 디글리세라이드를 함유하는 유지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 방법의 총 반응 시간은 8-10 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량의 디글리세라이드를 함유하는 유지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 탄소수 10~22의 포화 또는 불포화 지방산을 갖는 유지인 대두유, 옥배유, 채종유 또는 면실유로부터 유리된 지방산임을 특징으로 하는 고함량의 디글리세라이드를 함유하는 유지 조성물의 제조방법.
