Claims (9)
- 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질이 도포된 치과용 임플란트에 있어서,상기 치과용 임플란트는 그 표면을 가공하여 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질인 rhBMP-2(recombinant human bone morphogenic protein-2)를 도포하여 영하 75 ± 0.5℃의 냉동실에서 3~4시간 동안 1차 냉동시키고, 그리고 1차 냉동시킨 치과용 임플란트를 다시 미리 영하 75 ± 0.5℃로 예냉시켜 놓은 냉동건조기에 넣고, 0.05 ± 0.005 torr의 압력으로 8시간 동안 2차 냉동 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질을 도포한 치과용 임플란트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 치과용 임플란트의 표면은 산화티타늄 층으로 표면의 형상을 변형시킨 임플란트나 티타늄 볼이나 세라믹으로 코팅처리한 임플란트 또는 삼인산칼슘으로 코팅처리한 임플란트의 표면이 선택적으로 적용되어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질을 도포한 치과용 임플란트.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 산화티타늄 층으로 표면의 형상을 변형시킨 임플란트는 그 표면을 샌드브러스트에 의한 기계적 처리(mechanical treatment-sandblasted)나 또는 산부식에 의한 화학적 처리(chemical treatment-acid corrosion)를 하여 표면적이 넓어지도록 가공한 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질을 도포시킨 치과용 임플 란트.
- 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질을 치과용 임플란트 표면에 도포시키는 방법에 있어서,ⅰ) 임플란트의 표면을 가공하는 전처리 단계(임플란트 표면 가공 단계);ⅱ) 별도로 산성완충용액 1㎖에 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질인 rhBMP-2(recombinant human bone morphogenic protein-2) 4mg을 첨가하여 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질 용액을 제조하는 단계(BMP 용액 제조 단계);ⅲ) 상기 ⅱ) 단계에서 제조한 BMP 용액을 0.5ml 용량의 폴리프로필렌 튜브에 60㎕를 넣고, 여기에 상기 ⅱ) 단계에서 표면에 미세기공을 형성시킨 임플란트를 침지시키는 단계(임플란트 침지 단계);ⅳ) 상기에서 임플란트를 침지시킨 0.5ml 용량 튜브를 1.5㎖ 용량의 폴리프로필렌 튜브에 넣고 밀봉한 후 영하 75 ± 0.5℃의 냉동실에서 3~4시간 동안 냉동시키는 단계(1차 냉동 단계);ⅴ) 냉동실에서 얼린 1.5ml 튜브의 뚜껑을 열고 미리 영하 75 ± 5 ℃로 예냉시켜 놓은 냉동건조기에 넣고, 8시간 동안 냉동 건조시키는 단계(2차 냉동 건조 단계);ⅵ) 냉동 건조시킨 후 무균 상태에서 포장하여 제습 상태로 실온 또는 냉동고에 보관시키는 단계(보관 단계);를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질을 치과용 임플란트의 표면에 도포하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 치과용 임플란트의 표면은 산화티타늄 층으로 표면의 형상을 변형시킨 임플란트나 티타늄 볼이나 세라믹으로 코팅처리한 임플란트 또는 삼인산칼슘으로 코팅처리한 임플란트의 표면이 선택적으로 적용되어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 골형성 촉진 단백질을 치과용 임플란트의 표면에 도포하는 방법.
