Claims (7)
- 계자 권선을 갖는 회전자와, 상기 회전자의 외주에 배치된, 고정자 권선을 갖는 고정자로 구성되고, 발전 시동을 행하는 회전 전기기계와,상기 회전 전기기계의 시동 전동기 운전시에 배터리의 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하고 상기 고정자 권선에 공급함과 함께, 상기 회전 전기기계의 발전기 운전시에 상기 고정자 권선에서 발생하는 교류 전력을 직류 전력으로 변환하고 상기 배터리를 충전하는 인버터 유닛을 구비한 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치에 있어서,상기 인버터 유닛은, 상기 회전 전기기계에 일체적으로 탑재됨과 함께, 상기 고정자 권선과 전기적으로 접속되고,상기 회전자는, 서로 인접하는 자극이 이극이 되도록 형성된 자극부와 계자 권선을 갖는 회전자 철심과, 상기 서로 인접하는 자극 사이에 배치되고, 상기 계자 권선과 함께 고정자 철심에 자속을 공급하는 영구자석을 포함함과 함께,상기 영구자석에 의한 자속은, 상기 회전 전기기계의 실사용 회전 속도 범위에서, 무여자 무부하 유기 전압 또는 최저 전기 부하 발전 상태에서의 무여자 유기 전압이, 배터리 전압을 초과하지 않도록 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전자는 클로-폴형(claw-pole type) 회전자이고, 상기 영구자석은 상 기 회전자의 폴(pawl)형상 자극부 사이에 개장된 한 쌍의 영구자석으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인버터 유닛은 상기 회전 전기기계의 축방향 단면상에 일체 탑재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인버터 유닛은 상기 회전 전기기계의 지름 방향 면상에 일체 탑재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회전 전기기계는 냉각용 팬을 가지며, 그 냉각풍에 의해 상기 인버터 유닛, 회전자, 고정자의 순서로 냉각하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고정자 권선은, 평각선 또는 평각 형상으로 정렬 또는 성형된 고정자 코일로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 고정자 권선의 코일 턴부의 단면 형상은 둥근형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전 전기기계 장치.
