Description
Claims (20)
- Ⅰ) 물에 대한 에멀젼화제의 중량비를 1.5:1.0 내지 1.0:4.0로 하여 하나 이상의 에멀젼화제를 물 중에 분산시키는 단계;Ⅱ) 상기 에멀젼화제를 하기 식의 하나 이상의 가수분해성의 필수적으로 수불용성인 실란과의 물 블렌드물과, 상기 실란 100부당 에멀젼화제 1 내지 28부 및 물 1 내지 55부를 포함하도록 혼합하여 오일 농축물을 제조하는 단계;화학식 1R1 aR2 bSi(OR3)4-a-b여기서,R1은 이종원자 치환된 탄화수소기이고;R2는 독립적으로 비치환된 탄화수소기이고;R3는 2 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 아릴 또는 알알킬 라디칼이고; 및a는 0 내지 3이고, b는 0 내지 2이고; 단 a+b는 1, 2 또는 3이고; 각각의 R기는 환형, 분지형 또는 선형이고;Ⅲ) 상기 오일 농축물에 추가의 물을 상기 에멀젼의 반전이 일어날 때까지 천천히 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 하나 이상의 가수분해성의 필수적으로 수불용성인 실란, 하나 이상의 에멀젼화제 및 물을 포함하는 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반전은 상기 실란의 100부 마다 물 52 내지 59부에서 일어나는 것인 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실란은 수불용성인 것인 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실란은 물에서 8.0중량% 미만의 용해성을 갖는 것인 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, R3는 에틸, n-프로필, n-부틸, n-헥실, n-헵틸, n-옥틸, n-노닐, n-데실, 시클로펜틸, 시클로헥실, 시클로헵틸, 시클로옥틸, 이소부틸, sec-부틸, 이소부틸, t-부틸, sec-아밀, 4-메틸-2-펜틸, n-부톡시 에틸, 메톡시 프로필, 페닐, 벤질, 에틸 페닐 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해성 실란은 하나 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 것인 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, R1은 상기 실란의 Si 원자에 Si-C 결합에 의해 연결된 단일가 유기 라디칼이고, 이것은 그 위에 에테르, 에스테르, 카바메이트, 이소시아네이트, 티오에테르, 폴리설파이드, 블록화된 메르캅탄, 아미드, 시아노, 에폭시, 옥시메이토기 또는 이들의 혼합물을 하나 이상 갖는 것인 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.
