Abstract

Claims (2)
- 하부 기판상에 박막 트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 박막 트랜지스터 상부에 유기 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 박막 트랜지스터의 소정 부분이 노출되도록, 유기 절연막을 패터닝하여 콘택홀을 형성하는 단계;상기 유기 절연막 표면이 하부에 닿도록 뒤집은다음, 진동 방식을 통하여, 유기 절연막 표면에 토폴로지를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 토폴로지가 형성된 유기 절연막 상에 상기 노출된 박막 트랜지스터와 콘택되도록 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동 방식은 초음파 또는 스핀 진동 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 고개구율 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법.
