Claims (14)
- 광축을 따라 피사체로부터 제1 렌즈, 제2 렌즈, 제3 렌즈 및 제4 렌즈의 순서로 배치되어 있는 초소형 고해상도 촬상 렌즈 조립체에 있어서,상기 제1 렌즈는 양의 굴절능을 가지고 있고 제2 렌즈는 음의 굴절능을 가지며,상기 제1렌즈와 제2렌즈는 광학유리 재질이며, 상기 제1 렌즈의 전면과 상기 제2 렌즈의 후면은 모두 구면이며, 상기 제1 렌즈의 후면과 상기 제2 렌즈 전면은 실질상 평면으로서 상호 접합되어 있는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 렌즈 및 제4 렌즈는, 플라스틱 재질로서 상호 분리되어 있으며 적어도 한면은 비구면인 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 렌즈의 외곽의 두께(T1_edge)와 중심두께(T2_center)는 T1_edge < 0.3mm T2_center < 0.3mm 인 조건을 만족하는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 렌즈와 상기 제2 렌즈의 굴절능의 합(P12)과 렌즈 전체의 굴절능(P)은 P12 / P > 0.8 인 관계를 만족하는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3렌즈의 굴절능(P3)과 제4렌즈의 굴절능(P4)는 각각 -0.2 초과, 0.2 미만인 범위에 있는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1렌즈의 아베수(abbe number) V1 과 제2렌즈의 아베수(abbe number) V2 는 |V1 - V2| > 15 인 관계를 만족하는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 광축을 따라 피사체로부터 제1 렌즈, 제2 렌즈, 제3렌즈 및 제4렌즈의 순서로 배치되어 있는 초소형 고해상도 촬상 렌즈 조립체에 있어서,상기 제2렌즈와 제3렌즈 사이에 배치되는 조리개(stop)를 포함하고,상기 제1렌즈와 제2렌즈는 광학유리 재질이며, 상기 제1 렌즈의 전면과 상기 제2 렌즈의 후면은 모두 구면이며, 상기 제1 렌즈의 후면과 상기 제2 렌즈 전면은 실질상 평면으로서 상호 접합되어 있는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제3 렌즈 및 제4 렌즈는, 플라스틱 재질로서 상호 분리되어 있으며 적어도 한면은 비구면인 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1렌즈의 외곽의 두께(T1_edge)와 중심두께(T2_center)는 T1_edge < 0.3mm T2_center < 0.3mm 인 조건을 만족하는 것인 렌 즈 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 렌즈와 상기 제2 렌즈의 굴절능의 합(P12)과 렌즈 전체의 굴절능(P)은 P12 / P > 0.8 인 관계를 만족하는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제3렌즈의 굴절능(P3)과 제4렌즈의 굴절능(P4)는 각각 -0.2 초과, 0.2 미만인 범위에 있는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1렌즈의 아베수(abbe number) V1 과 제2렌즈의 아베수(abbe number) V2 는 |V1 - V2| > 15 인 관계를 만족하는 것인 렌즈 조립체.
- 광축을 따라 피사체로부터 제1 렌즈, 제2 렌즈, 제3렌즈 및 제4렌즈의 순서로 배치되어 있는 초소형 고해상도 촬상 렌즈 조립체를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 제1 및 제2 렌즈의 각각의 일면을 평탄하게 하는 평탄화 단계와,상기 제1 및 제2 렌즈의 평탄면을 상호 접합하는 단계와,상기 접합된 제1 및 제2 렌즈의 각각의 타면을 가공하는 단계와,상기 제3 및 제4 렌즈를 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 렌즈 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 타면을 가공하는 단계는,상기 제1 렌즈의 타면은 양의 굴절능을 가지도록 가공하는 단계와,상기 제2 렌즈의 타면은 음의 굴절능을 가지도록 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 렌즈 조립체 제조 방법.
