Claims (5)
- 탄소강인 와이어 로드가 적어도 1회이상 신선 가공되어 직경이 축소되도록 필라멘트(F)화되고, 상기 복수개의 필라멘트(F)가 서로 주기적으로 꼬아지도록 연선되는 고강도 스틸코드에 있어서,상기 와이어 로드는 카본 함량이 0.8~0.9%이며,상기 필라멘트(F)가 360~420kg/㎟의 인장강도를 갖도록 복수회 신선가공되고,상기 신선가공되어 직경이 0.35~0.40mm인 필라멘트(F) 3~4가닥이 서로 이격되는 부위가 형성되도록 오픈된 구조로 연선되며,상기 필라멘트(F)들이 소성 변형되어 주름 형태로 굴곡지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 스틸코드.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 필라멘트(F)들이 꼬여지는 피치의 간격은 5~30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 스틸코드.
- 카본 함량이 0.80~0.90%, 직경이 5.5mm인 탄소강인 와이어 로드를 1.0~2.5mm의 직경을 갖도록 1차 신선가공하고,상기 1차 신선된 와이어 로드를 페이턴팅 열처리함과 아울러 그 외주면을 황동으로 코팅되도록 도금하는 단계와,상기 도금된 와이어 로드의 인장강도가 360~420kg/㎟의 직경 0.35~0.40mm인 필라멘트(F)가 되도록 적어도 1회이상 더 신선 가공하며,상기 최종 신선 가공된 필라멘트(F) 3~4가닥을 서로 이격된 부위를 갖도록 꼬아서 오픈된 구조로 연선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 스틸코드의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 필라멘트(F) 3~4가닥을 연선하는 과정에서 상기 필라멘트(F)가 굴곡진 주름 형태로 소성 변형되도록 가공하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 스틸코드의 제조방법.
