Claims (7)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 은나노입자-고분자수지 복합재료의 제조방법:(1) 45~85℃로 예열된 고분자수지에 은나노입자 콜로이드 용액을 도입하고,(2) 결과된 혼합물을 상기 온도에서 회전시키면서 수분을 제거하고,(3) 결과된 혼합물을 압출기 내에서 혼련하고 적절한 형태로 압출시킴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에서 고분자수지를 55~70℃의 온도로 예열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노입자-고분자수지 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에서 고분자수지를 배합기 또는 혼합기에서 회전시키면서 예열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노입자-고분자수지 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고분자수지는 폴리에틸렌계 수지, 폴리스티렌계 수지, 폴리프로필렌계 수지, ABS, PVC, 엔지니어링 플라스틱, 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노입자-고분자수지 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계에서 물을 80% 이상 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노입자-고분자수지 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분산제를 전술한 은나노입자 콜로이드 용액과 함께첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노입자-고분자수지 복합재료의 제조방법.
