Claims (19)
- 산 또는 산무수물로 개질된 저분자량의 폴리프로필렌 수지(1) 1 ∼ 40 중량%와 유기화 층상 실리케이트 0.1 ∼ 50 중량%가 혼합된 마스터배치와, 고분자량이고 극성이 없는 폴리프로필렌 수지(2) 30 ∼ 90 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지(1)와 유기화 층상 실리케이트가 혼합된 마스터 배치 및 폴리프로필렌 수지(2)의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 에틸렌계 공중합체 엘라스토머 10 ∼ 50 중량부를 포함하여 이루어진 선팽창계수가 4 × 10-5/℃ ∼ 9 × 10-5/℃ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 또는 산무수물로 개질된 저분자량의 폴리프로필렌 수지(1)는 중량평균분자량이 20,000 ∼ 60,000 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 또는 산무수물로 개질된 저분자량의 폴리프로필렌 수지(1)는 190 ℃에서 용융점도가 5,000 ∼ 15,000 cP 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 또는 산무수물로 개질된 저분자량의 폴리프로필렌 수지(1)는 산 또는 산무수물의 함량이 0.5 ∼ 10.0 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 또는 산무수물은 말레인산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 퓨마르산, 이타콘산, 크로톤산, 시나믹산 및 시트라콘산 중에서 선택된 불포화카르복시산 또는 이들의 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 또는 산무수물로 개질된 저분자량의 폴리프로필렌 수지(1)는 프로필렌 호모폴리머, 프로필렌/에틸렌 랜덤코폴리머, 프로필렌/에틸렌 블록코폴리머 및 에틸렌/프로필렌/α-올레핀 터폴리머 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기화 층상 실리케이트는 층간 거리가 15 ∼ 60 Å 범위인 클레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복 합 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기화 층상 실리케이트는 유기화 몬모릴로나이트(Montmorillonite)인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기화 층상 실리케이트는 아민염으로 유기화 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 아민염은 스테아릴 암모늄(stearyl ammonium), 디메틸 디하이드로제네이트 탈로우 암모늄(dimethyl dehydrogenated tallow ammonium), 소듐 도데실 암모늄(sodium dodesyl ammonium) 및 디메틸 디베헤닐 암모늄(dimethyl dibehenyl ammonium) 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지(2)는 중량평균분자량이 80,000 ∼ 500,000 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지(2)는 멜트인덱스(MI)가 0.5 ∼ 100 g/10분 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지(2)는 결정성 폴리프로필렌 호모폴리머, 프로필렌/에틸렌 랜덤코폴리머, 프로필렌/에틸렌 블록코폴리머 및 에틸렌/프로필렌/α-올레핀 터폴리머 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 공중합체 엘라스토머는 에틸렌 함량이 40 ∼ 90중량%이고, 무늬점도[ML1+4,100℃]가 10 ∼ 100 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 공중합체 엘라스토머는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체 엘라스토머, 또는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀 및 디엔의 삼원 공중합체 엘라스토머인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀은 프로필렌, 부텐-1, 헥센-1 및 옥텐-1 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 디엔은 디사이클로펜타디엔, 1,4-헥사디엔, 디사이클로옥타디엔, 메틸렌-노보넨 및 에틸리덴-노보넨 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지.
- 청구항 1 내지 13, 15 내지 18중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 폴리프로필렌 나노복합 수지를 성형하여 얻어진 자동차 내외장 부품용 성형물.
