Claims (3)
- 차량에 설치되는 전동 캘리퍼 장치에 있어서,운전자에 의해 작동되는 브레이크 페달의 작동에 따른 신호를 전송받는 제어부(10);상기 제어부(10)의 제어 신호에 의해 작동되는 모터부(20);상기 모터부(20)와 연결되며 원통형상의 내주면상에 제 1나사선(32)이 형성된 바디부(31);상기 바디부(31)의 후단부 외주면상에 형성된 제 2나사선(34)을 포함하는 로터부(30);일단이 상기 제 1나사선(32)과 치합되어 연장되며 상기 로터부(30)와 연동하여 작동 가능하도록 제 3나사선(42)이 외주면에 형성된 플런징 바디(41), 타단이 브레이크 디스크에 밀착되도록 제 1브레이크 패드가 구비되며 상기 플런징 바디의 외주면에 설치된 제 1스프링(44)을 포함하는 플런징 샤프트(40); 및상기 모터부(20)의 회전 운동을 전달받아 직선 운동으로 전환 가능하도록 상기 로터부(30)의 제 2나사선(34)과 치합되며 제 4나사선(52)이 형성된 캘리퍼 바디부(51), 상기 제 4나사선(52)과 일체로 연장 형성되되 상기 브레이크 디스크의 타측면을 향해 연장 형성되며 브레이크 디스크에 밀착되도록 제 2브레이크 패드가 구비되고 상기 캘리퍼 바디부(51)와 제 2브레이크 패드 사이에 개재되어 설치되는 제 2스프링(54)이 구비된 캘리퍼부(50)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 용 전동 캘리퍼 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 로터부(30)에는 상기 로터부(30)를 내부에 지지 고정하는 로터 하우징부(36)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동 캘리퍼 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플런징 샤프트부(40)는 제 1스프링(44)의 변위량을 측정하는 변위계(60)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동 캘리퍼 장치.
