Claims (5)
- 아스콘 포장도로(1)의 노면을 노면가열장치(3)로 가열하여 유동성을 부여하는 도로가열단계와;이 아스콘 포장도로(1)에 발생한 균열, 파손부분에 도로봉합재(2)를 충전하여 메우는 충전단계와;상기 충전단계를 거친 아스콘 포장도로(1)의 상부에 접착제를 도포하여 보수층(4)을 형성하는 접착제도포단계가 순차적으로 이루어지는 구성에 있어서,상기 접착제를 가열기(6)를 이용하여 발화점 이하에서 10분~50분 이내로 가열하여 양생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장도로 보수방법.
- 전력을 발생시키기 위한 발전기(11)가 탑재되어 포장도로를 따라 이동하는 동력차량(10)과;이 동력차량(10)의 전면에 발전기(11)와 연결된 상태로 설치되어 전자파를 방사하는 전자파발생수단(20)과;전원을 발생시키는 작동몸체(60)에 전원의 공급 시 발열되어 적외선을 방사하는 발열몸체(61)가 결합된 가열기(6)로 구성된 것에 있어서,상기 전자파발생수단(20)의 내부에는 방사되는 전자파가 노면 외에 바깥으로 노출되는 것을 차폐하기 위한 차폐층(28)이 구비되고, 가열기(6)의 상부에는 발열몸체(61)에서 방사되는 적외선이 하부방향을 향하도록 가이드하는 가림판(62)이 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 포장도로 보수장치.
