Claims (8)
- 유입된 원수를 여과하는 마이크로 필터부;상기 마이크로필터부에 의해 여과된 정수를 흡착여과하는 활성탄소필터부;상기 활성탄소필터부에 의해 흡착여과된 정수를 여과하는 역삼투막필터부;상기 역삼투막필터부에 의해 여과된 정수를 여과하여 전해질을 제거하며, 여과된 정수를 와이어 커팅기의 가공액 저장탱크로 공급하는 이온교환수지필터부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동공급시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 필터부의 여과입도는 1 마이크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동공급시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 역삼투막필터부는 다수개로 구비되며 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동공급시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 이온교환수지필터부는 다수개로 구비되며 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동공급시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이온교환수지필터부에 의해 전해질이 제거된 정수를 다수개의 와이어 커팅기의 가공액 저장탱크로 각각 저장되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동공급시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로필터부의 전단에는 와이어 커팅기의 가공액 저장탱크 내부에 설치된 수위감지센서와 연동되어 원수 또는 정수를 공급 및 차단시키는 솔레노이드밸브가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동공급시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 필터부의 후단에는 상기 마이크로필터부의 여과에 의해 감압된 정수를 펌핑하는 펌프가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동공급시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 작동 및 상기 펌프의 작동을 제어하며, 가공액 저장탱크로부터 와이어 커팅기의 가공부에 가공액을 펌핑하는 가공액 펌프의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤박스가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅기용 증류수 자동 공급시스템.
