Claims (8)
- 하부 기판 및 상부 기판;상기 하부 기판 위에 형성되며, 서로 종횡으로 교차되어 화소 영역을 정의하는 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인;상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인의 교차 영역에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터;상기 화소 영역에 형성된 화소 전극;상기 상부 기판 상에 형성되며 상기 화소 영역 이외의 부분에 광이 누설되는 것을 차단하는 차광층;상기 차광층 위에 형성된 칼라 필터층;상기 칼라 필터층 위에 형성되며, 상기 화소 영역의 도메인들을 구분하여 전계 유도창을 그 내부에 구비한 공통 전극;상기 하부 기판 및 상부 기판의 전면에 각각 형성된 제 1, 제 2 배향막;상기 양 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층; 및상기 하부 기판 상에, 전압 인가시 액정의 배향 방향과 상기 제 1 배향막의 배향 방향이 서로 반대되는 영역의 상기 화소 전극 주변에 대응되도록 형성된 보조 전극을 포함하여 구성된 액정 표시 장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극은 상기 게이트 라인과 동일층에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극은 상기 데이터 라인과 동일층에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 하부 기판 및 상부 기판;상기 하부 기판 위에 형성되며, 서로 종횡으로 교차되어 화소영역을 정의하는 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인;상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인의 교차 영역에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터;상기 화소영역에 형성되며, 그 내부에 도메인들을 구분하는 전계 유도창을 구비한 화소전극;상기 전계 유도창의 하부에 형성된 보조 전극;상기 상부 기판 위에 형성되어 상기 화소 영역 이외 부분에 대응하여 광이 누설되는 것을 차단하는 차광층;상기 차광층 위에 형성된 칼라 필터층;상기 칼라 필터층 위에 형성된 공통 전극;상기 하부 기판 및 상부 기판의 전면에 각각 형성된 제 1, 제 2 배향막;상기 양 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층; 및상기 공통 전극 상에, 전압 인가시 상기 액정층의 배향방향과 상기 제 1 배향막의 배향방향이 서로 반대되는 영역의 상기 화소 전극 주변에 대응되어 형성되는 유전체 구조물을 포함하여 구성된 액정 표시 장치.

- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극은 상기 게이트 라인과 동일층에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
