Claims (27)
- 폴리아미드계 수지로 이루어지는 층 (A) 과, 상기 층 (A) 과 적층되어 있는 불소 함유 에틸렌성 적층체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 을 갖는 수지 적층체로서, 상기 폴리아미드계 수지는 아민가가 10 ∼ 60 당량/106 g 인 것이고, 상기 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체는 카르보닐기를 갖는 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드계 수지는 산가가 80 당량/106 g 이하인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드계 수지는 나일론6, 나일론66, 나일론11, 나일론12, 나일론610, 나일론612, 나일론6/66, 나일론66/12 및 나일론6/폴리에스테르 공중합체, 나일론6/폴리에테르 공중합체, 나일론12/폴리에스테르 공중합체, 나일론12/폴리에테르 공중합체, 및 이들의 블렌드물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종인 수지 적층체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드계 수지의 주성분은, 나일론11, 나일론12, 나일론610, 나일론612, 나일론6/폴리에테르 공중합체 또는 나일론12/폴리에테르 공중 합체 중 어느 하나인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체의 카르보닐기의 함유량이 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×1O6 개에 대해 합계 3 ∼ 1,OOO 개인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체의 카르보닐기는 퍼옥사이드로부터 유래되는 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 은 카보네이트기 및/또는 카르복실산 할라이드기를 갖는 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체를 용융압출하여 이루어지는 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 은 카보네이트기, 카르복실산 할라이드기 및 카르복실산기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을, 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×1O6 개에 대해 합계 3 ∼ 1,OOO 개 갖는 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체는 적어도 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 에틸렌을 중합하여 이루어지는 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체는, 적어도 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 일반식CF2 = CF-Rf1〔식중, Rf1 은 CF3 또는 ORf2 (Rf2 는 탄소수 1 ∼ 5 인 퍼플루오로알킬기를 나타낸다) 를 나타낸다〕으로 나타나는 화합물을 중합하여 이루어지는 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체는, 적어도 하기 a, b 및 c 를 중합하여 이루어지는 공중합체인 수지 적층체.a. 테트라플루오로에틸렌 20 ∼ 90 몰%b. 에틸렌 10 ∼ 80 몰%c. 일반식 CF2 = CF-Rf1〔식중, Rf1 은 CF3 또는 ORf2 (Rf2 는 탄소수 1 ∼ 5 인 퍼플루오로알킬기를 나타낸다) 를 나타낸다〕으로 나타나는 화합물 1 ∼ 70 몰%.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체는, 적어도 하기 d, e 및 f 를 중합하여 이루어지는 공중합체인 수지 적층체.d. 플루오르화비닐리덴 15 ∼ 60 몰%e. 테트라플루오로에틸렌 35 ∼ 80몰%f. 헥사플루오로프로필렌 5 ∼ 30몰%
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체는 융점이 160 ∼ 270 ℃ 인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 은 도전성인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드계 수지로 이루어지는 층 (A) 과, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 의 층간 초기 접착력은 20 N/cm 이상인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 은 두께 0.5 ㎜ 미만인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 은 추가로 도전성 재료를 함유하고 있어도 되는, 불소 수지로 이루어지는 층 (C) 과 적층되는 수지 적층체.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 도전성 재료를 함유하지 않는, 불소 수지로 이루어지는 층 (C) 은 추가로 도전성 재료를 함유하는, 불소 수지로 이루어지는 층 (D) 과 적층되는 수지 적층체.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 층 (B) 의 두께가, 상기 층 (C) 의 두께, 또는 상기 층 (D) 이 추가로 적층되어 있는 경우에는 상기 층 (C) 과 층 (D) 의 합계 두께의 1.5 배 미만인 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 수지 적층체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 성형품.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 다층 성형품은 필름, 호스, 튜브, 병 및 탱크로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 성형품인 다층 성형품.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 다층 성형품은 폴리아미드계 수지로 이루어지는 층 (A) 을 외층으로 하고, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 을 내층으로 하는 적어도 2 층 구조의 자동차 연료배관용 튜브 또는 호스인 다층 성형품.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 다층 성형품은 폴리아미드계 수지로 이루어지는 층 (A) 을 외층으로 하고, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 을 중간층으로 하고, 도전성 재료를 함유하고 있어도 되는, 불소 수지로 이루어지는 층 (C) 을 내층으로 하는 적어도 3 층 구조의 자동차 연료배관용 튜브 또는 호스인 다층 성형품.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 다층 성형품은 폴리아미드계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층 (A) 을 외층으로 하고, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체로 이루어지는 층 (B) 을 중간층으로 하고, 도전성 재료를 함유하지 않는, 불소 수지로 이루어지는 층 (C) 을 내층으로 하고, 도전성 재료를 함유하는, 불소 수지로 이루어지는 층 (D) 을 최내층으로 하는 적어도 4 층 구조의 자동차 연료배관용 튜브 또는 호스인 다층 성형품.
- 폴리아미드계 수지 조성물을 용융압출하여 이루어지는 층 (A) 과, 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체를 용융압출하여 이루어지고, 상기 층 (A) 과 적층되어 있는 층 (B) 을 갖는 적어도 2 층 구조의 수지 적층체로서, 상기 층 (A) 은 아민가가 10 ∼ 60 당량/106 g 인 폴리아미드게 수지를 용융압출하여 이루어지는 것이고, 상기 층 (B) 은 카보네이트기 및/또는 카르복실산 할라이드기를, 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×1O6 개에 대해 합계 3 ∼ 1,000 개 갖고, 또한 융점이 160 ∼ 270 ℃ 인 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체를 용융압출하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 적층체.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 층 (A) 과 상기 층 (B) 의 층간 초기 접착력은 20 N/㎝ 이상인 수지 적층체.
- 아민가가 10 ∼ 60 당량/106 g 인 폴리아미드계 수지를 용융압출하여 이루어지는 층 (A) 과, 카르보닐기를 주쇄 탄소수 1 ×1O6 개에 대해 합계 3 ∼ 1,000 개 갖는 불소 함유 에틸렌성 중합체를 용융압출하여 이루어지고, 상기 층 (A) 과 적층되어 있는 층 (B) 을 갖는 적어도 2 층 구조의 다층 성형품의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 층 (A) 및 상기 층 (B) 을 갖는 수지 적층체를 용융압출하고, 다층 성형체를 형성한 후, 형성된 상기 다층 성형체를, 이 성형체를 구성하는 수지의 융점 중 가장 낮은 융점 미만의 온도에서 0.01 ∼ 10 시간 동안 열처리하여 다층 성형품을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 성형품의 제조 방법.
