Claims (5)
- 회전자 위치에 따라 고정자 권선에 인가되는 전류를 스위칭하여 브러시리스 직류모터를 기동하는 방법에 있어서,상기 회전자의 위치정보를 파악하기 위해 브러시리스 직류모터를 시험 운전하는 단계;운전중인 상기 브러시리스 직류모터의 상 전류 및 상 전환시점마다 역기전력의 주기를 통해 압축과 토출 정보를 파악하는 단계;상기 파악된 압축과 토출 정보에 따라 정렬모드를 검출하는 단계; 및상기 검출된 정렬모드로 브러시리스 직류모터의 두 상을 여자시켜 회전자 위치를 강제 정렬하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 직류모터의 정렬제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압축과 토출 정보는 역기전력 주기로부터 검출된 모터토크의 최대시점으로부터 가스토크의 압축과 토출구간에 대한 정보를 파악하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 직류모터의 정렬제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정렬모드를 검출하는 단계는,압축과 토출구간에 대한 상 전환 모드를 파악하여 피스톤의 위치가 중간에 오는 모드를 검출하고,검출된 모드를 메모리에 저장하여 상기 피스톤의 위치가 중간에 오도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 직류모터의 정렬제어방법.
