Claims (4)
- 폴리칼본산계 감수제 용액, 에테르계 액상팽창제 용액 및 EOPO계 소포제 용액이 혼합되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트용 건조수축 저감형 유동화제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감수제 용액 : 상기 액상팽창제 용액 : 상기 100배 희석된 소포제 용액의 중량비는 1 : 0.1∼1.0 : 0.05∼0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조수축 저감형 유동화제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 감수제 용액 : 상기 액상팽창제 용액 : 상기 100배 희석된 소포제 용액은 상온에서 3~10분간 교반 혼합되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 건조수축 저감형 유동화제.
- 시멘트, 혼화재, 물, 모래, 자갈, 혼화제, 건조수축 저감형 유동화제(a)가 혼합되어 이루어지며,상기 건조수축 저감형 유동화제(a)는 폴리칼본산계 감수제 용액, 에테르계 액상팽창제 용액 및 EOPO계 소포제 용액이 1 : 0.1∼1.0 : 0.05∼0.5의 중량비로 혼합되어 이루어져, 상기 시멘트와 혼화재가 혼합된 레미콘 결합재(b)에 대하여 0.4~0.6중량부가 첨가되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건조수축 저감형 유동화제가 함유된 레미콘 조성물.
