Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 외부 전자기파를 수신하여 입력전압을 유기하는 안테나부;상기 유기되는 입력전압을 정류처리하여 구동전압을 생성하는 전압 생성부;상기 유기되는 입력전압의 고저여부에 따라 적응적으로 온오프하여 상기 전압 생성부로 입력되는 입력전압의 크기를 제한하는 전압 리미터; 및상기 생성되는 구동전압을 기초로 인증정보를 생성한 후, 상기 생성된 인증정보를 외부로 전송하도록 상기 안테나부를 제어하는 로직 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전압 리미터는,상기 유기되는 입력전압이 균등분배되는 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드(Schottky Diode)를 포함하는 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 순방향으로 직렬연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 균등분배된 입력전압이 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드의 턴온전압보다 작으면, 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 오프되어 상기 유기된 입력전압 전부가 상기 전압 생성부로 제공되도록 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 균등분배된 입력전압이 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드의 턴온전압보다 크면, 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 온되어 상기 분배된 입력전압에 대응되는 전류를 접지단으로 유입시키고, 상기 전압 생성부로 입력되는 입력전압의 크기를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 균등분배된 입력전압이 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드의 턴온전압보다 큰 경우, 상기 전압 리미터는 상기 쇼트키 다이오드의 개수가 적을수록 상대적으로 많은 전류를 상기 접지단으로 유입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전압 생성부와 상기 전압 리미터는 병렬 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 ESD(electronic static discharge) 역할을 병행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전압 제어가 가능한 무선인증용 태그.
- (a) 외부 전자기파를 수신하여 입력전압을 유기하는 단계;(b) 상기 유기되는 입력전압의 고저여부에 따라 적응적으로 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드를 온오프하여 상기 유기된 입력전압의 크기를 조절하는 단계;(c) 상기 조절된 입력전압을 정류처리하여 구동전압을 생성하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 생성되는 구동전압을 기초로 인증정보를 생성하여 외부로 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인증용 태그의 과전압 제어방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는,상기 유기되는 입력전압을 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드에 균등분배한 후, 상기 균등분배된 입력전압의 고저여부를 기초로 상기 온오프를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인증용 태그의 과전압 제어방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 순방향으로 직렬연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인증용 태그의 과전압 제어방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에서, 상기 균등분배된 입력전압이 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드의 턴온전압보다 작으면,상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 오프되어 상기 유기된 입력전압 전부가 상기 (c) 단계에서 정류처리되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인증용 태그의 과전압 제어방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에서, 상기 균등분배된 입력전압이 상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드의 턴온전압보다 크면,상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 온되어 상기 균등분배된 입력전압에 대응되는 전류를 접지단으로 유입시키고, 상기 (c) 단계로 입력되는 입력전압의 크기를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인증용 태그의 과전압 제어방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 쇼트키 다이오드는 ESD 역할을 병행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인증용 태그의 과전압 제어방법.
