Claims (10)
- 그 상부는 적어도 하나인 중공형 부품과 기밀적으로 결합되며, 중앙부에는 나선형의 홈이 형성되고 도금액이 유동되는 관통공이 형성된 하부판과;상기 나선형 홈에 위치된 프로펠러 형상의 난류유도체와;상기 적어도 하나인 중공형 부품의 상측에 위치되며, 중앙부에는 끼움홀이 형성된 상부판과;상기 상부판의 끼움홀에 이동가능하게 끼움 결합되며 양전극을 나타내는 양극봉; 및상기 중공형 부품의 외 측에 연결되며 음전극을 나타내는 음극봉을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 중공형 부품은 차동기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 난류유도체는, 그 중앙에 끼움홈이 형성되고,상기 양극봉이 상기 끼움홈에 결합하여 상기 양극봉을 고정 지지해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 중공형 부품이 다수 개일 경우,상기 중공형 부품과 상기 중공형 부품의 사이에 위치된 격막을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 격막은 연성이 있는 절연체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 장치.
- 그 상부는 적어도 하나인 중공형 부품과 기밀적으로 결합되며, 중앙부에는 나선형의 홈이 형성되고, 도금액이 유동되는 관통공이 형성된 하부판을 설치하는 하부판설치단계와;상기 나선형 홈에 위치되는 프로펠러 형상의 난류유도체를 설치하는 난류유도체설치단계와;상기 적어도 하나인 중공형 부품의 상측에 위치되며, 중앙부에는 끼움홀이 형성된 상부판을 설치하는 상부판설치단계와;상기 상부판의 끼움홀에 이동가능하게 끼움 결합되며 양전극을 나타내는 양극봉을 설치하는 양극봉설치단계; 및상기 중공형 부품의 외 측에 연결되며 음전극을 나타내는 음극봉을 설치하는 음극봉설치단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 중공형 부품은 차동기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 난류유도체는, 그 중앙에 끼움홈이 형성되고,상기 양극봉이 상기 끼움홈에 결합하여 상기 양극봉이 고정 지지되는 양극봉끼움단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 중공형 부품이 다수 개일 경우,상기 중공형 부품과 상기 중공형 부품의 사이에 격막을 설치하는 격막설치단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 격막은 연성이 있는 절연체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 부품용 전기도금 방법.
