Description
Claims (11)
- 하부의 지지롤러(2)들을 운반하기 위한 요소(21)들을 가진 박스구조(20)를 포함한 차대 또는 보기(bogie)로 구성되고 유동휠(3) 및 궤도차휠(7)을 포함하며, 상기 박스구조(20)가 운동가능한 가동구조(8)의 트랙조임장치(5)를 축방향으로 미끄럼운동시키기 위한 가이드(25)를 수용하고, 보기의 전방휠 및 후방휠들의 휠베이스를 수정하기 위하여 상기 가동구조(8)가 피팅(26)을 통해 가이드(25)에 연결되며 유동휠(3)을 지지하고, 상기 유동휠(3)의 세로방향 운동을 추종하며 운동가능한 한 개이상의 지지롤러(22)가 상기 가동구조(8)에 구성되는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치에 있어서,궤도차의 작동수명동안 트랙조임장치의 작동상태와 작동범위내에서 유동휠(3)과 지지롤러(22)사이의 거리를 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 상기 지지롤러(22)가 상기 유동휠(3)과 일체구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가동구조(8)가 두 개이상의 지지롤러(22)들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가동구조(8)가 부유 보기구조를 가진 두 개이상의 지지롤러(22)들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유동휠(3)이 보기의 전방위치에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지롤러(22)들이 고정상태의 지지롤러(2)들과 동일한 구조와 치수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지롤러(22)들이 고정상태의 지지롤러(2)들과 상이한 구조와 치수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연장상태로 작동하는 나선스프링(36)과, 윤활제가 주입되고 충진되는 챔버(38)를 포함한 조임 및 충격흡수장치(30)에 의하여 상기 트랙조임장치(5)가 작동되고, 상기 챔버가 트랙의 체인(1)을 위한 조임장치 및 조절가능한 진행단부로서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 나선스프링(36)의 견부(34)가 형성하는 세로방향위치를 상기 보기의 박스구조(20)에 대하여 조정하기 위한 수단이 상기 조임 및 충격흡수장치(30)에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 나선스프링(36) 및 챔버(38)와 동축인 원통형의 텔레스코픽 가이드(31,32)가 상기 조임 및 충격흡수장치(30)에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 동일한 축에 일렬로 배열되고 분리된 나선스프링(36) 및 챔버(38)가 상기 조임 및 충격흡수장치(30)에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 평행한 축들에 배열되고 분리된 나선스프링(36) 및 챔버(38)가 상기 조임 및 충격흡수장치(30)에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤도차의 트랙조임장치.
