Claims (6)
- 스캐닝신호가 전송되는 n개의 게이트 라인과 영상신호가 전송되는 m개의 데이터 라인이 마련된 액정패널을 갖는 액정표시소자에 있어서,상기 게이트라인과 상기 데이터라인의 교차부에 순차적으로 형성된 제1 및 제2 박막 트랜지스터; 및상기 제 1 및 제 2 박막 트랜지스터와 공통 접속된 스토리지 캐패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 스캐닝신호가 전송되는 n개의 게이트 라인과 영상신호가 전송되는 m개의 데이터 라인이 마련된 액정패널을 갖는 액정표시소자에 있어서,상기 게이트라인과 상기 데이터라인의 교차부에 상호 반전된 채널을 갖도록 형성된 제1 및 제2 박막트랜지스터; 및상기 제 1 및 제 2 박막 트랜지스터와 공통 접속된 스토리지 캐패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항 및 제 2 항중 어느 한항에 있어서,하나의 게이트라인과 대향하도록 배치되어 상기 게이트라인에 인버터가 접속되어 형성된 반전 게이트라인을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항 및 제 2 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인과 상기 반전 게이트라인 사이에 형성된 공통전극을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항 및 제 2 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 박막 트랜지스터가 상호보완적으로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항 및 제 2 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터와 제2 박막 트랜지스터는 서로 다른타입의 채널을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
