Claims (12)
- 회전축에 결합되는 허브와,상기 허브 외주에 전향곡률를 가지고 방사상으로 배열되어 상기 허브와 일체로 회전되면서 공기를 축방향으로 송풍하는 복수 개의 회전익을 포함하여 이루어지는 축류팬에 있어서,상기 각 회전익은 전연에서 후연까지의 거리인 코드 길이(Chord Lenth)가 익근에서부터 반경비(r/Rtip)가 0.9인 지점까지는 점증되며, 반경비가 0.9인 지점부터 익단(Blade Tip)까지는 점감되도록 후연측 익단의 일부가 배제되어 형성되고, 설치각(Setting Angle)은 거의 일정하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전익의 캠버각이 반경비 0.5인 지점에서 10 도이고 그 지점부터 점증되어 익단에서는 20도가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전익의 설치각이 반경비 0.6 이상에서 20 도로 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전익을 측방향에서 볼 때 전면과 후면 사이 중앙을 익근(翼根)에서 익단(翼端)까지 연결한 선으로 정의되는 회전익 중심선이 반경비 0.9 이상에서 축방향의 하류측으로 굽은 것(rake)을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 회전익의 캠버각이 반경비 0.5인 지점에서 10 도이고 그 지점부터 점증되어 익단에서는 20도가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 회전익의 설치각이 반경비 0.6 이상에서 20 도로 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전익은 그 후연이 반경비 0.9 이상에서 축방향의 상류측으로 굽은 것(rake)을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 회전익의 캠버각이 반경비 0.5인 지점에서 10 도이고 그 지점부터 점증되어 익단에서는 20도가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 회전익의 설치각이 반경비 0.6 이상에서 20 도로 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
