Claims (2)
- 몸체에 공간부를 갖는 연소실(11)을 형성함은 물론 이 연소실(11)의 상단과 하단에 주입구(12)와 배출구(13)가 형성된 하우징(10)과;상기 연소실(11)에 수평방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 배치되면서, 그 홀수열과 짝수열의 외경이 서로 다르게 형성되어 상기 연소실(11)과의 사이에 유체통과공간(25)을 형성하는 간격유지체(20) 및;상기 간격유지체(20)에 수직방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 관통되게 장착되어 상기 유체통과공간(25)을 경유하는 유체를 가열하는 다수개의 가열체(30);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 과열증기 발생 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가열체(30)는,그 중심부에 열선(31)이 구성되면서, 이 열선(31)에 세라믹(32) 또는 스테인레스스틸(33) 또는 세라믹(32)과 스테인레스스틸(33)이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 과열증기 발생 장치.
